Your family will love this comfortable and inviting beach getaway! Oceanside Villa is a gated community that provides a safe and secure environment for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation! Our spacious villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps up to 8 with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds with trundle in the kids room. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen, and a separate dining room.
Just a few steps from your front door is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Around the corner is the indoor pool for those who prefer some time out of the sun. Nearby is our community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park. Check Oceanside Villas calendar for list of the many activities and events - ice cream social - water aerobics - golf cart parade etc Enjoy golf? Tupelo Bay Golf course is just across the highway.
When it's time for sun and sand , you are just a 2 minute golf cart ride away. ( golf cart included ) You will appreciate our private parking just feet from the wide sandy beach. The famous beachfront Conch Café is nearby.
After a fun filled day in the sun, come home to relax on your large covered front porch. Maybe hamburgers on the convenient grill for supper? or have a pizza delivered right to the porch? Walk across street for a late night swim or enjoy the hot tub for a great way to end your day.

This was our 4th stay at this property and it never disappoints! Location is convenient to pool and dog park. House is cozy, clean and has everything needed. We love sitting on the front porch with our two small dogs and the gate keeps them right there with us. The included golf cart makes getting to the beach so quick and easy. Can’t wait until next year!

Our 2nd stay here. Check in is a breeze. Pool across the street. Property owner replies to messages in a timely manor and the beach is less then a 5 min golf cart ride away. Perfect stay.

Property was homey, roomy and conveniently located. It had everything we needed and the front porch with gate was nice to sit on during rainy days. Our small dog loved it too. We had no issues with check-in and no problems to report. Spent time at the pool and the ocean and met some really nice people. We'll be back. Thank you!

The process of renting and staying at this home was easier than we could have imagined. The owners were very responsive to questions and offered assistance with linen rentals and that was before we even booked! After booking and arrival, the house was even better than the pictures, everything was as said, and the golf cart made such a difference! Hope to be able to stay here again soon! Thank you!

This is a great place to enjoy Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. The Oceanside Village community is family friendly and this home is perfect. This is our 4th stay here and I am sure we will be back. It is clean, has plenty of space, a huge front porch and is right across from the pool. The golf cart makes going to the beach easy too. Communication with the owner is easy as well as check-in. When we do Myrtle Beach - we do it here!

This place is amazing. The house is clean and very accommodating. The location of the pool is a plus. We all enjoyed our stay there and were actually sad when it was time to leave. Well equipped kitchen.Needs attention to detail cleaning and surface paint.Neighbors walk through the yard right next to bedroom windows had to keep blinds closed.The owner Carl was very responsive to my questions.

We enjoyed our stay! The front porch was a favorite of ours for morning coffee and just relaxing. It appeared the front porch had new flooring which was also nice. This is our second time staying here and we plan to visit again. Thanks to Carl for being an excellent host!

Betty Jo and Eddie Barker fell in love with Oceanside Village while vacationing years ago and have been returning here every year since. We purchased this villa in the spring of 2018 and are anxious to share it with others. We are close to retiring . We are from the Charlotte NC area but consider Oceanside Village our second home.

Why they chose this property

We visited Oceanside Village for several years and always enjoyed the area. The Village is always improving existing recreational area and continually adding new ones. The area is close enough to Myrtle Beach to visit the attractions in that area but far enough away from the congestion and traffic. The villa is within 5 miles the Marsh Walk, Golf, Fishing Charters, fishing pier, flee market and many of other family activities.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you walk in the front door you feel like your at home. Everything is there for your vacation. The home is centrally located to all amenities but nestled in a quite corner of the village. The area is safe for bike riding, walking or just taking a golf cart ride through the streets or to the beach.
