Sleeps 7 Close to Beach with Golf Cart Included!

Our Surfside Beach Rental Home is located in a 180 acre Private Gated Community named Oceanside Village. The village has 24-hour security, private beach access, including an oceanfront restaurant. The beach home is located only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, within walking distance to the ocean. There is private beach front parking available with a Card Key rented from the Oceanside Village Community Office for guests that choose to drive our GAS GOLF CART which is INCLUDED in the rental price (Drivers must be at least 16 and have a valid driver's license with them - Children under 12 must wear a seatbelt). There are even beachside showers and rest rooms for the residents and guests staying in our community. Also within our gated community are one indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools and a 'mini' water park for the kids which they will love! There is 16 person whirlpool next to the Hickory Grove outdoor pool. There is an activities center, tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, five stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits and bocce ball available onsite.

You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional $25.00 per person per week by signing up at the office onsite. Golf for an additional fee at the spectacular Tupelo Bay course which is just 3 minute ride or 15 minute walk away...across the street from the main gate. Check out their nightly 'Glow Golf!

There are three bedrooms with two full baths (Master Bath has WALK-IN SHOWER) plenty of room for 2 families. Sleeping arrangements are as follows by bedroom: one king size, one queen-size, and (1) Twin Bunk over (1) Queen Bunk Bed. Dining room table seats 6 -8 people. BATH TOWELS AND BED LINENS ARE SUPPLIED and they are inventoried by the cleaning crew. While at our home, you can enjoy relaxing on the screened front porch (Designated Smoking Area - No Smoking Indoors) or stay inside to watch your favorite TV show with our extensive cable programming. Our home includes high speed internet service, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker plus a regular coffee maker in case you want to make a whole pot. Our home is only minutes from amazing dining and entertainment in nearby Murrells Inlet, shopping, miniature golf, movie theaters, jet skiing, waterpark, kayaking and just about anything else you like to do on vacation!

Our home is SMOKE FREE and pets are NOT ALLOWED. You may smoke outside on the screened porch. Near the mini-garage (for the included golf cart and general storage) is an outside shower area (hot and cold water) for rinsing off all of your beach chairs, toys, towels, kids, etc.

The family had a great week in Oceanside Village. The property was just as described, clean and had all the amenities we could want. We loved it!

My husband, toddler and I really enjoyed our time in this home! It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and was close to everything! The host was very nice and easy to deal with even through a mistake made on our part! The golf cart was a huge bonus! The kitchen was fully loaded with lots of plates, bowls, pots and pans and utensils! We loved it and will definitely book again in the future!

I am 62 years old and married to my awesome wife for 40 years. We are from South Carolina and live about 3 hours from the Beach. Our family loves coming to this Beach House a couple of times a year. My work keeps me too busy to enjoy it more these days but we hope to spend a lot more time at the beach if I ever get to retire. I say "If" because we have 4 children, grandchildren (still counting), and I will probably be working until I am 100 years old. LOL. We really do love our beach house and we take good care to keep it maintained and ready for our guests. I am a remodeling contractor so having it maintained and updated is my priority. We hope you love it too and become one of our many repeat renters.

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to the beach. It is only about a 10 minute walk and we can get their in less than 5 minutes with our golf cart (seats 4 people and it is INCLUDED in the rental price). There are 7 small lakes in the community so bring a fishing pole (some portions of the lakes are posted as "No Fishing"- please respect those areas.) There are outdoor pools, and an indoor pool, and a children's waterpark for family fun. The gated community community is super safe with a neighborhood watch and security guards on patrol 24/7.

What makes this property unique

Our house has a spacious open floor plan all on one floor. The Primary Bedroom is large and we added a walk-in tile shower to the Primary Bath. After the beach you can rinse off the beach chairs (6 provided) and kiddos at the outdoor shower. We have enough parking in the driveway for three cars and overflow community parking half a block away. Being on the South end of Myrtle Beach has great advantages of less traffic than central Myrtle Beach. And you can enjoy the dining and nightlife of nearby Murrells Inlet. Live entertainment and great restaurants and bars are along the Murrels Inlet Marsh Walk. There are lots of attractions nearby such as Shopping, Laser Tag, miniature golf, etc...
