Family Christmas in the Mountains

Buckberry Lodge was an amazing property! Absolutely the best! Hosts were wonderful, they provided us with great info beforehand and responded to any questions immediately. The house was super clean, organized, stocked and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The location was perfect, with snowboarding and tubing only 5 minutes away. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Buckberry Lodge.

Wonderful stay at Buckberry Lodge!

We recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Buckberry Lodge in Sapphire Valley. This was our 3rd stay at this house in the last couple of years. Everything about this house is 5-star. The location is perfect... close to shopping in Cashiers or Highlands, close to several golf courses, and close to wonderful hiking trails. The house is updated, well stocked, clean, and spacious. WiFi was great, and we enjoyed large TV's in every room. The communication from the owners was perfect, both before and during the stay. We can't wait for our next trip!

Four bedrooms each with its own bath was perfect for our three family units. It is truly fully equipped with everything needed.

Wonderful summer getaway

My family, brother and spouse, sister and spouse and mom (90+), and wife and I like to get away each summer for some time together. This year it was to the Cashiers, NC mountains area. We some of the family had rented this house 3 years ago for our son and daughter -in-law wedding and loved it. We decided to go back this year. The house was everything we remembered but with many upgrades. Jack and Jan were the ultimate hosts. Would highly recommend! We will be going back in the near future.
