3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms + loft on main side of house connected by a deck to a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with kitchenette over the garage makes a perfect set-up for extended families. The apartment has been a big hit with grandparents or those who would like a little peace and quiet.

Whole house Wi-Fi with 500 Mbps cable internet for reliable streaming and remote work capability.
Full kitchen has coffee maker and Keurig, cookware and bakeware.
Air hockey table and plenty of games and puzzles in downstairs game room.
Full laundry room.

Open deck with firepit, grill, table and rocking chairs makes for leisurely family time after hiking, canoeing or golf.
Trash pickup twice a week.

Walking distance to 9-hole golf course, tennis, pickleball, community center, recreation center with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini-golf, snow skiing and tubing. Amenity access to lake with canoe within a short drive (or long walk!). *

Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls to explore within a 30-minute drive.

6 adults , 2 kids and a dog...This property worked perfectly. The house was clean, communication with host was great, and check-in was easy! The area was good for hikes and waterfalls. Despite the weather, it was a really good Thanksgiving week.

Location was perfect for attending a wedding in Lonesome Valley House was perfect for all to have their own privacy when needed Would however suggest owner find a new cleaning crew :(

Great home in a great location

Lovely home! The host and property were both amazing. Home has plenty of space and is walking distance to restaurants, zip lining, pickleball, tennis, golf and a dog park!! Really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to going again.

Great Rental

Stayed here for a wedding at Trillium. The drive was minimal. The property is close to Ingles, and you can still utilize Instacart. The resort features were great. The owner was very informative and easy to communicate with.

Great location and wonderful host.

One of several houses rented for family reunion. Great layout for two families, with deck between two living spaces. Very close to pickleball and tennis courts. Open floor plan and nestled among trees. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and generous in all our interactions. We hope to return!

Beautiful cabin, perfect for family

My extended family and I had a wonderful Christmas at the property. The downstairs, upstairs, and en-suite apartment areas are all easy to access, but private enough that each branch of the family felt comfortable. Our dogs loved spending time on the deck, which was fully fenced-in, along with the dog run below. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location with tons of space!

This is our second year coming to the same property and we loved it just as much as last year. Plenty of space to spread out and so close to the amenities. Our teens loved being in walking distance! They also loved the air hockey and having a separate living room to hang out in. We’ll be back for sure!

Close to Amenities

We loved our stay! The location was a key factor, but we also enjoyed plenty of room to spread out. Walking to and from the amenities as needed was a huge bonus. The property owner was friendly and helpful during the booking process and provided detailed instructions for check-in. The experience was even better than we were expecting. We'll be back!

The perfect house

This house has everything! The owners were amazing with a short turnaround after they quit booking. We shared this place with family friends and the two different living spaces were perfect! 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will try and book this house every time we go to sapphire, Valley!

Everything we needed and more

We rented this to house our family and 3 sets of grandparents to go to my daughters graduation at Western Carolina and stay a few days. The house was even better in person than in the pictures and had everything we needed. The house is in a neighborhood but landscaped to feel private. The neighborhood has so many things to do and we only had a chance to try a few of them. The owner was also awesome communicating with me whenever I had a question. We look forward to coming back for a longer stay some day.
