Once you arrive at Freeport International Airport, a 10 minute drive is all it will take to reach your new home away from home.

We are perfectly located, a 15 minute walk from the main entertainment and shops at Port Lucaya Marketplace where you can enjoy a variety of international restaurants, hang-out at the bars or just wander the straw market, local art shops, boutiques and jewelry stores.

Friendly islanders will great you everywhere you go creating a sense of belonging and safety.

A 5 minute drive by taxi or public transport located at the entrance of the building will take you to one of the big grocery stores where you can shop for all your food and home needs.

The lobby of the building is where reception desk staff will greet you and where you can find a phone to make free local, Canada and US calls. This area is where you can find all the information you may need to explore this tropical island filled with fun attractions and beautiful scenery. Whether you choose to go swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, visit the waterpark or take in the natural beauty at Garden of the groves, you are sure to find something for everyone.

Coral beach building features a games room, salon and spa, convenient store, BBQ area, private beach with tiki huts, pool, pool bar and restaurant where you will be able to enjoy the award wining local beers, variety of cocktails and tasty meals overlooking the sea. The onsite pool bar and restaurant, Laroc Bar and Grill, features live entertainment, music and theme nights.

Only few steps away from all of this is the condo located on the 3rd floor. Beautifully renovated open concept kitchen finished with granite countertops opens to the living and dining room area featuring a glass wall with sliding doors to the balcony, which overlooks the tropical forest with the line of the ocean in the background.

Living room features Big screen TV that will keep you entertained at all times with a variety of channels available through our prime cable subscription. Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment with unlimited Internet. A convertible sofa bed located in the living room can sleep two people.

Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, programmable coffee maker and all you may need to prepare meals and dine at home.

Both bedrooms include a queen size bed, large closets and fresh bedding.

Bathroom is newly renovated with large walk in shower, linen closet filled with beach towels as well as towels for personal use, and extra bedding.

On the vanity a starter kit of shampoos, conditioners, body wash, lotions, toothpaste and floss will wait for you.

For fun in the sun there are buckets, shovels and beach chairs available.
