Around the corner from Magnolia’s Hillcrest Estate, Lu’s Place is a charming brick colonial in a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood that you’ll have all to yourself. Dine in with a fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy refreshments on the gorgeous patio. 3 TVs for streaming your favorites and all the amenities.
Great for kids and pets, Lu's Place features a large fenced backyard, pack n play (just ask), playhouse and lots of balls!

We have lived in Waco for 15 years thanks to Baylor University. Mike teaches in the Great Text Department. Alexandra homeschools their 6 children. and works for a local software company We love Waco and are excited to share our corner of it with you.

We love this special neighborhood and love bringing people here to enjoy it. Quiet, charming, with large trees and lovely walks, our neighborhood is the hidden treasure of Waco.
