Book this property for the next MAGNOLIA , BAYLOR, event or any other event in the Waco area! Bring your pups too! This home is a total pleaser to all! It's in a beautiful area of Waco, close to Lake Waco, Extraco Event Center, Shopping, Eateries, Silos ,Baylor and etc. It s has been completely redone and updated and furnished to the max! You might even believe that Chip and Joanna might have had a part in this cute little gem, but contrary to belief, they did not! Although it has similar décor, me myself and I, took on this little task! This cutie has 3 bedrooms, and queen beds in two and a daybed with trundle that will sleep two as well. All beds are equipped with hypoallergenic mattress pads and memory foam gel toppers. There is hardwood floors throughout with beautiful accent rugs. The leather sofa in the living room also can divert to a queen bed too. There is a bath and a half, and nice new flat screen in every room! The Living room has a 50 inch flat screen! There is lots of newly refinished antiques throughout the house and some custom handmade furniture as well. Everything is new or newly redone! Everything is furnished except for you, your clothes and your toothbrush! You will love the backyard, complete with privacy fence , trees, covered wood deck, café lights, crushed granite pathways, and lots of perennials! There is pretty windchimes, birdbaths, birdfeeders to make this property the perfect birdwatching and relaxing haven! You will enjoy new and updated LED lighting throughout the house and in the backyard too. It has a new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, waffle iron, Two coffee makers including a KEURIG, etc. New Towels and Linens are also included. The house also has custom made wood lamps and even a natural made sculpture created from the dreaded FIRE ANTS! This is amazing! There is also a roll away bed if needed for an extra guest!

We had a wonderful stay! There were many extras that were appreciated, extra towels, games, puzzles and they even provided treats for our fur baby! I would stay there again for sure! The hostess was very friendly and quick to respond to messages.

Our stay in Waco was exactly what we wanted. We were there to go to Magnolia and their Silobration. It was a 12 minute drive with easy access. The house was clean, easy to deal with and exactly as listed. If we come back to Waco we will stay here again.

Im not sure what you mean about the cleaning of the home, she been doing a fabulous job! You experienced the blow dry that quit working, so I reimbursed you for another one! Then you said you had issues with Keurig , but you said it was fine, and you used the drip coffee maker! My cleaning hirl checked the Keurig, and it appears to be working fine! I really feel i deserve a better review than this, all I can do is my best, but sometimes thats not good enough !

Cozy - great location

Thanksgiving Adventure in Waco

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s home over Thanksgiving! She was incredibly accommodating to our entire family and even made sure our little dog felt welcome. The backyard was a true highlight—an absolute oasis that provided the perfect space to relax and unwind. Great getaway with my daughters

My three daughters and I met in TX for a girls weekend and had a great time and stay. The home was as advertised and had everything we needed. It is close to downtown Waco and close to good restaurants. One recommendation I would have would be to have a keyless entry into the house rather than a key (and the key box is broken, so I ended up keeping in on the car keychain throughout our stay). Overall and great stay!

Its working fine, yoy just have to push the code buttons down all the way,or it wont register. I love the whole concept of making old things beautiful again, from old furniture, antiques, and to homes! I like to take just old discarded stuff and make something creative with it. I paint, repair, and create all kinds of things!, Some of my creations ,I just come up with when I should be sleeping at night! Sometimes I might see something that someone has tossed to the curb and decide I can make something from it! Another hobby, I discovered some years back is Pickleball, and I'm completely addicted to it! If you haven't heard of it, you really need to look into it and give it a try! I would love to find the time to play in Waco, you can mark my word, I'll be going! This is my first venture to buy and market a home in Waco as a vacation rental! I started with homes in South Fork Colorado, but it was too difficult to maintain, get good help, and keep them managed so I sold them and decided to do business a little closer to home. I am also a Doxie lover ( wiener dogs), I have 4 sweet little doxies and they are part of my family! I live in Midlothian TX. and have been here since 1985. I grew up in DeSoto TX. I purchased this home in 2018, so it's been kind of a rush for me to get it going, but it has come along nicely! Since buying this home I have acquired three others, that are listed on this site as well! Be sure and look them up too! Nicely redone inside with arched entryways into dining room, lovely new cabinets and remote control lighting. Warm, inviting colors making it a comfy place to lay your head at night! The yard is awesome, It has a lovely wood deck in the backyard with nice lighting, ceiling fan, and café lights which makes it even more inviting! It also has lot of shade, privacy fencing and a fire pit! Solar lighting lights the pathways through the backyard!
