Each room in our home is uniquely themed to create a delightful atmosphere. The dining room, kitchen, and living room are adorned with Sunflowers and Honeybees, respectively. The living room features a leather couch. Our bathrooms retain their charming original yellow and green tiles, complemented by vibrant decor. The bedrooms offer a variety of themes: a serene white and light blue rose queen bedroom, a bold dark blue queen bedroom, and a bright and cheerful twin set bedroom.

Step outside to our inviting backyard, where you can enjoy a game of bocce ball or corn hole toss, explore the fort, or simply relax under the stars. Parking is convenient with a long driveway that accommodates up to three vehicles, plus additional parking space available out front.

Place was just as listed. We weren’t sure about neighborhood when we first arrived. Looked a little sketchy. We were four women traveling alone. However, we never felt unsafe or scared. WIFI wasn’t that great. That is our only complaint . Ladies with me really enjoyed complimentary wine.Owner was very quick responding to any inquiries.

My husband and I have always had a vision for being short term rental hosts. When we laid our eyes on this little mid-century abode we embraced her immediately! The original hardwood floors and the original tile in the bathrooms are just perfect.

I enjoy thrift shopping (the thrill of the hunt), spending time with family especially our grown sons.

Being a host and sharing our little abode with you and your family thrills us!

We chose this neighborhood because of the quaint little homes which are located here and also because the close proximity to everything that is Waco.

What makes this property unique

The Abode has been refurbished but still holds an great amount of charm from the era it was built. The original hardwood floors and the original tile in the bathrooms.

Step outside into the spacious backward, privacy fenced, sit under the stars and enjoy a glass of wine.
