2027 Weekly Rates WITHOUT required added Agency and VRBO Fees and the amounts reflected on Lease Agreement that you sign: May 2 - June 27 $4500; June 27 - September 19 $6000; September 19 - October 31 $4500. Additionally available weekly from November 1 - May 1 - please inquire as rates may vary from $3000-4500 per week. Returning guests who secure a reservation prior to December 31st enjoy a 10% discount, please inquire for added details. Sunday to Sunday Rental. Please also note all persons do count as individual occupants for limit purposes regardless of whether vrbo classifies them as such. No Landline provided, however excellent cell reception recorded. Please note, no use of the Living Room comfort stove permitted at any time! Parking for 2 Vehicles only, please let us know if you anticipate a third vehicle and we can see if this might be accommodated. Please note VRBO does not collect a Security Deposit at booking but instead places a collateral credit hold for Security Deposit on your bank card, to be processed in case of damage or released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. Please note: VRBO will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants, this quote is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The amount you pay to VRBO includes added VRBO and agency administrative fees (the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO). These added charges will not be reflected on your lease papers, as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the homeowner, and so rates quoted here will reflect a rate higher than listed elsewhere. The rental rate that is noted in the body of the property description is the actual amount that will be reflected in the lease agreement; this amount is without added fees. Please let us know if you need further clarification. All bookings require a separate Lease Agreement and Lease Packet to be completed and signed by both parties within an Agency determined time frame after booking through VRBO/Homeaway to bind the reservation. Please do NOT initiate a request to book until we let you know we are ready, as it will either be declined, allowed to expire, or edited to a higher rate to include an added administrative fee, to cover associated VRBO penalties, since we'll need time to discuss your reservation with the homeowner.
