Large windows everywhere for amazing views of the Pacific ocean, Three Arch Rocks, Netarts Bay, and the peninsula. The unit features modern furniture, a comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and a 65" TV.
A few minutes up the road is the charming hillside town of Oceanside, with a handful of cozy restaurants including breakfast places and coffee shops (there is also coffee just minutes from the condo at Seaworthy Coffee and Gifts in Netarts (say hi to Corissa). Just beyond Oceanside is Cape Meares Lighthouse.
Netarts is home to the Netarts Bay Oyster company and Jacobsen's Sea Salt. Tillamook offers a range of restaurants, an air museum, breweries, a full-sized grocery, and of course the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory (which also has fantastic ice cream).
You are just over ninety minutes from Portland (East) or Willamette wine country (Southeast), and near some of the most beautiful coastline and seaside towns anywhere.

The location is outstanding. The panoramic window with view of the ever changing Netarts bay is very impressive. The place was clean and supplied pretty much everything needed. We loved our 3 weeks there.
Unit was extremely clean and secure. Location was super! We got to explore all the activities we were interested in. Beaches were beautiful! I overal very satisfied!!!
This is the most perfect little place to stay as a home base for exploring the area. It’s the perfect respite from everything! The community is quiet and welcoming, the views cannot be topped. The place is well cared for and has modern conveniences.
We really enjoyed our tranquil location. It was perfect for my spouse and I. Our dogs enjoyed the walks along the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
Place has an amazing view, one skip from beach. Place has everything you need and is maintained very well. A short walk to a great restaurant and a local grocery (small place). Stay was very enjoyable.
Great property to stay at, this was our home base while exploring the Oregon coast. The bay is out the front door and the ocean a short walk away. Had the windows open the entire time to enjoy the ocean sounds.
If you want to see the beauty of the Oregon coast, this is the best place to book, its right on the Netarts Bay, stunning views, amazing sunsets. Condo was very clean, quiet and peaceful. This is the perfect get-a-way. I will return for sure.
This was our second stay. We returned because of the good location, friendly neighbors and hosts and a view that can’t be beat. The apartment is warm and cozy, just the right size for a couple with a small dog. Also love that it’s just steps from the beach. We’ll be back! 💕
Nicely appointed condo. Very relaxing for 3 weeks. Excellent communication with Ned.
We are scheduled to return next spring, and looking forward to it.....
Excellent property. Clean and very well equipped having everything one needs. A comfortable home with great views of the bay. Quiet and peaceful. Ned (owner) was in communication from the start and always ready to see that our needs were met. This is a must place to stay while cruising all of the nearby beaches. Great location.
I would highly recommend staying here if you want a place outside of the hustle and bustle that characterizes most towns on the Oregon Coast. It is on a quiet street with access to the beach on Netarts Bay. The view from the living room is beautiful. We saw seals, deer and shore birds galore right from our rooms. All you need to bring are your clothes and food. The neighbors in the condo complex were all very friendly. Plenty of sites to see nearby. We really enjoyed the Pioneer Museum and Air Museum in Tillamook and local hikes. It is well worth renting for the week or more.
This oceanfront condo was exactly what I needed—a peaceful escape that gave me room to breathe, reset, and reconnect. With views of the sea, I spent my days immersed in the rhythm of the tides, working on manuscripts while the waves whispered inspiration through the windows.Low tides revealed vast stretches of beach, perfect for long walks where the salty air and crashing surf washed away stress and welcomed clarity. I finally caught up on overdue reading, filled my journal pages, and found the kind of stillness that stirs creativity. If you're craving a place to unwind, refocus, or simply listen to your own thoughts again—this spot is more than a stay. It's an experience.
We are from Indiana and wanted to come out to the coast to see the sights and we were not disappointed. The accommodations were just perfect! We had everything that we needed to have a nice relaxing visit. We were able to travel up and down the coast in our rental car and there are many sights to see close to this location.
We enjoyed our stay and having the separate bedroom from the living space made it perfect for my early rising hubby and the sleepy me! The weather was mild and very comfortable, however we did need jackets on some of the cooler more windy days and nights. It was so peaceful falling asleep to the sound of the ocean! We were able to walk the beach every day and the sunsets were amazing!
I highly recommend staying here!
Excellent location with great view of Netarts Bay and the end of Cape Lookout spit! The rental unit was great, had plenty of basic supplies, was very clean, and Ned was wonderful to work with! We even had the BONUS of seeing the Northern Lights one night! :) Parking can be an issue if all units are full and visitors come as well but we worked it out with the onsite property mgr. We would definitely rent this unit again!

I live in Colorado and own and manage five vacation and executive rental condos there. I visit Oregon for wine country and the coast and wanted a place on the coast.
Why they chose this property
I looked around scenic Netarts and the surrounding towns and found nothing as nice as this particular condo for the location and views and finish.
What makes this property unique
Corner unit has windows on three sides, with especially large ones offering views of the ocean and Netarts Bay. I also love the clean lines and the remodeled kitchen and floors.
