Custom home with pool, spa and 2 Master Suites!

Spectacular 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 master suites with an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. A huge fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and a large walk in pantry. There is also a large granite island that has seating for 6 at the bar top or a dining room table for 10.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of full size bunk beds that would be perfect for kids. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom , walk in shower and a door to the backyard. The family room has a large sectional and 2 lazy boys for the comfort of the whole family. The backyard is equipped with a pool, spa,(with the option to heat either) bbq and outdoor patio furniture. This house is clean, comfortable and spacious. This is a perfect winter rental or weekend getaway home!

Great house for the family!

The house was beautiful, clean, and very accessible from main streets. The double master suites are a game changer for a multi-family rental (do arguing over who gets the better room! ha). The backyard is private, large, and the pool is perfect for any family. Baja for the little ones, and deep end for the cannonballs... communication was great with the property contacts and we felt that we had everything we needed while there. Highly recommend this house

This house has a great location not too far from Rotary Park and local grocery stores. The check in process is so easy and the owner was very kind to communicate with prior. The house is so spacious w a large kitchen and living room area. The bedrooms had very comfy beds and the 3 bathrooms were very clean. The pool is beautiful and had great spots to sit and relax in shade. The check out process is also the easiest I've ever experienced. My family and I all loved this house very much and will definitely stay here again.

Spring break

There were 3 groups from home that came to Havasu. 3 different houses. Everyone liked this house the best. We lived the home it was convenient, close too things and very nice and welcoming. The owners are amazing to deal with. And we most definitely will stay there again. And we love Havasu.

Beautiful...but beware

This house was stunning, worked perfectly for our group of 3 families with kids ages 3 months -13 years old. Pat had good communication. A few frustrations came up: the fridge doesn’t get real cold, expect to have to put most things in ice chests and the freezer. The hot water in the second master takes a long time to get warm - and warm is the highest. The most frustration came after checkout with a bogus extra cleaning fee. There were two charges that were accurate, that we understood and agreed with. But we were charged an extra cleaning fee that was unfair. There were absolutely no cleaning products in the house, we actually went out and bought some. We kept the house VERY clean - and then was charged extra??!? No way. After discussing with all the families that were there with us, it was an absolute consensus that the house was left clean. Pat said “sticky counters and floors”... we wiped everything down with Clorox wipes that we had to go buy - but we figured that is why we paid the cleaning fee because the deep cleaning would be done after we left. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouth, which is unfortunate because we had a lovely stay.

The house was actually bigger than the pictures showed. Nice and neat interior with a nice big pool. Would highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Would definitely return!

I hesitate to say how great this house is because I don't want it to always be booked up, but the house is great!! We had our two daughters and a few of their friends and had a great time. The house/bedrooms were perfect for our group. It is very well laid out and the kitchen has everything you could need. The pool and jacuzzi were exactly what we needed after a day on the lake. Communication was easy and Pat responded to everything very quickly. He was wonderful to work with and we would love to stay in this home again!

Family fun

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house. It’s the perfect size, clean and we love the backyard. The pictures look just like the house and it’s a straight road to the bridge. We can’t wait for our next trip!

Absolutely loved this house

The pictures definitely don’t do this property justice. It’s super clean, has everything you need and a great pool to entertain the kids. We went with another couple so having a double master was AMAZING! We can’t wait to stay here again.

Property was very nice. The propane tank on the grill was empty as were the two spare tanks. When i inquired about the situation i was told to exchange a tank at the local gas station. i was surprised that propane would not be provided with the property. the overall experience was delightful for myself and family Kevin

Affordable, spacious and private! Would stay here again. I love the house, its hard to find a house like this to rent. So many folks in Havasu have big money they don't need to rent there houses. This was a treat indeed.

Why they chose this property

This house has everything you need and more! 2 master suites on each side of the house for added privacy with one of suites having a second entrance if needed. The kitchen has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. The large pool and spa is also equipment with 3 umbrellas for extra shade and a Baja step for ease of laying out in the water or entering and exiting the pool.
