Finishing off the first floor is a one-car garage, powder room, and stackable full-size washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find a quaint sitting area and a 4th bedroom with a twin bed and trundle. The second floor also houses two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and access to the second-floor balcony. The balcony boasts cozy lounge seating for a large group to enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. This home comfortably sleeps 8 and comes equipped with a gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, smart TVs, beach/lounge chairs,beach towels, 2 bicycles unbeatable views. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and a community fire pit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
