There was no bed linen on arrival but after contacting the owner it arrived later. The house was well set out and the garden was well shaded and roomy for our dog.

Parfait! The owner and his family, especially his daughter-in-law Nathalie who speaks some English, were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and they were a great help to us on numerous occasions during our long stay. Upon arrival, we found lovely welcome gifts, and the house was spotless and exactly as described. The property is fully fenced, which was ideal for our two dogs. The house is also located just a short walk from a small village with a bakery, post office, and two restaurants (note that their opening hours are very limited in winter). The house was well-equipped with provisions, furniture, heating, and air conditioning. We also saw many wild animals, including foxes, deer, and numerous birds, such as hawks, woodpeckers, ducks, and the largest pigeons I have ever seen. We were delighted with our stay and will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

En famille et entre amis, nous avons profité d’une semaine dans cette jolie maison au calme et idéalement située au cœur du Périgord et de nombreux sites touristiques.L’agencement et l’équipement de la maison ont comblés nos attentes et la gentillesse comme la disponibilité de l’hôte sont de véritables plus. Un havre de paix dans une magnifique région

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’environ 15 jours. La maison est très agréable, avec sa terrasse couverte sur laquelle nous avons pris tous nos repas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand jardin qui a fait le bonheur de nos chiens, le calme et le charme du petit village de St Martial de Nabirat. Accueil parfait de la part de Mr Cabanne et petit cadeau à l’arrivée qui fait vraiment plaisir! Seul bémol: le rez-de-chaussée est un peu humide (mais reste frais et c’est agréable quand il fait fort chaud) et literie à revoir dans la chambre enfants. Pour le reste la maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque pour un séjour au top. La région est magnifique, et les possibilités de visites sont innombrables. On aurait aimé prolonger notre séjour…! Pour les amateurs de baignade (la Dordogne reste fraiche) nous recommandons la plage de Groléjac, à seulement 15 minutes de la maison.

Maison très agréable. Bon emplacement pour visiter les châteaux, les jardins, se baigner dans la rivière, faire une descende en canoë. Manger dans des bons restaurants. Faire des bonnes balade.

Séjour en Dordogne

Très bon souvenir de notre séjour à St Martial de Nabirat. Mr Cabane est une très bonne personne. L'accueil, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, sa simplicité, bref nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La location parfaite pour 4 à 6 personnes dans un endroit calme. A réserver en toute confiance.
