Cozy, comfortable, elegant apartment suite in Northern VA

Our place is a cozy, comfortable, one-bedroom, one-bath basement apartment located in a nice, residential neighborhood in a very coveted area in Northern Virginia, minutes away from DC.

The apartment suite is located about 10 miles from Reagan National Airport and 20 miles from Dulles International Airport, within the Beltway, and close to plush, dining and shopping Tysons Corner and Mosaic District areas.

It is equipped with all basic necessities/amenities such as kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave, cable TV, wi-fi, perfect solo travelers whether for leisure or business, but will accommodate two guests.

If during their stay guests develop any Covid-related symptoms, they are under the obligation to inform hosts immediately and to get tested so hosts can take appropriate safety measures. By the same token, hosts will keep guests apprised of any health issue that may be of concern.
Additional measures may/will be discussed with guests as necessary upon checking in

We understand these measures are indeed unusual and inconvenient, but we hope our guests understand they are absolutely necessary to try and ensure your and our safety.
