We are local (within an hour's drive) and chose this property to stay while my son was getting married in Dunnellon. The home was large and spacious, easily housed all 10 of us. Plenty of fun stuff at the home (pool, pool table, video games, kayaks...) to keep people entertained. Highly suggest!

We had a really great time staying here. We enjoyed the dock and easy access to the Rainbow River. It took up a couple of hours from the dock to get to the closest point allowed to the spring. Very easy access to local grocery stores, fuel stations, and boat ramps.

Gorgeous location right on the river! Tranquil escape with plenty of space for multiple families to spread out and enjoy. Loved the kayaks on site, which we used to explore the river in the mornings before heading out to the springs in the afternoon. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to stay in and cook or grill during your visit. I would highly recommend!

So picturesque!!

We had an amazing stay with family. The views from the back deck are breathtaking and the heated pool was a huge bonus!! The house is pretty well stocked. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.
