Peaceful, pet-free family getaway on the crystal-clear Rainbow River.
Nestled in nature, sip coffee under a canopy of trees and enjoy the tranquil water views. Watch the wildlife from our spacious deck, waterfront dock or 3 covered porches. Kids will leave their phones behind with abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, and more. ~2,700k sq ft home recently renovated to ensure utmost comfort and convenience for our guests.

Ideal location on a quiet part of the river, near the confluence of Rainbow/Withlacoochee rivers and overlooking a preserve. Short walk or bike to the Dunnellon trail and local restaurants. Publix and Walmart 5 min drive.

At night enjoy a bottle of wine at the fire pit on an open deck overlooking the river while grilling out or sharing a meal from our full-service kitchen. Alternatively, take advantage of the great location close to town center by walking or biking to local bar/restaurants.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and window treatments. Bedroom breakdown:

Master - 1 king bed w/private bath
2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Shares guest bath with 3rd bedroom
3rd bedroom - 1 king bed. Shares guest bath with 2nd bedroom
"Quad room" - separate room great for kids. Includes 2 trundle beds with total of 4 twin mattresses. Also has a private full bath. This room is only available for reservations with 7 or more guests. Special charges apply $10 pp per night 7+).

Fully equipped kitchen includes brand new high end appliances (Fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, separate beverage fridge, toaster, coffee maker (Kuerig and drip). Cooks will be right at home in our kitchen - plenty of baking dishes, flatware, serving ware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and utensils. We have a few basic condiments and spices available.

During the day snorkel, float, canoe or kayak down the Rainbow river and drop off at the house. ~4.5 hour float from K.P. Hole; 3 hour float from Rainbow River State park. Or 45 minute float from Blue Run. For boating, rent a pontoon or jon boat from Blue Gator nearby and head to the Withlacoochee River for nature watching or bass fishing. For exercise, walk, jog, or bike to the nearby Dunnellon trail at Blue Run park, 1/2 mile walk away. 4 bikes are available to our guests.

If you want to mix in some saltwater, we are a 30 minute drive to Yankeetown or Crystal River where we can connect you with boat captain to take you scalloping, fishing or swimming with the manatees. You can also enjoy quality time with the family with plenty of board games, DVDs, and Smart TV.

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere for our neighbors, no parties or events. Quiet hours 9:00pm-8:00am. Thank you for not smoking on the property. We have a pet-free home, thank you for understanding.
