House was super clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The step-down dock area allows for easy loading and unloading of kayaks and paddle boards. Great place for our family to gather.

The house has a very open plan spacious house, and the huge screen room was a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is well stocked. We didn't swim off the dock though too many weeds

The house was very nice. It is not fancy but is in a perfect location. We had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside enjoying the view, Sandhills Cranes with their babies, and a baby alligator.

House was great. Loved being directly on the river so we could enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking. House was very accommodating and met all of our needs. We had a great time!

House and location were great, very comfortable. Only thing preventing a 5 star is that some of the recreational items were in need of repair (one of the bikes has a flat tire and one of the paddle boards was missing fins so you can’t steer it). Even with this I would still stay here again.

Great stay

We absolutely loved our stay at the house, everything was lovely, well furnished, very comfortable and just the most beautiful, peaceful home on the river, but not right on the busy part so we did not have boats going directly in front of the house, just paddlers as is relatively shallow.

I will never rent another Vrbo that uses Evolve as the property manager, including Nancy Lewis. When we booked the rental, it was the only one left available on the river. Pictures showed a "dated" house. That was accurate. Found a few concerns within the first hour and the property manager, after some communication, basically told my my wife she didn't have time for our concerns. The owner showed up the next day to replace a TV, that was working. Poor communication from Nancy. Kudos to the owner for trying to make it right. Musty odors upon initial entry. Living room cable / roku TV problems. 12 shower wand in master bath produces trickling water at best. The handle in the other shower came off because it had no set screw. Extremely dated kitchen. Handle ready to fall off skillet. Paint chipped or worn everywhere. There were some good things. The location on the river was perfect. Swimming right off the dock. Numerous toys provided including paddle boards, kayaks, and Numerous masks and snorkels. This house has so much potential. All in all we had a great time and didn't let Nancy ruin our trip. She did however leave a lasting impression for her reputation and that of the property management company Evolve.
