Things to Know: *This home's boat dock is available from guest use from early June through mid-September. If you are planning a trip in early Spring or late fall, please inquire about the availability
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Dock details: The Dock is usually put into the water in the late weeks of May and removed Early/Mid September. Please reach out to our team during the months of May and September if inquiring about this amenity availability. The water depth at the end of the dock is average - about 8 feet in July and August. It's higher in the spring, but we have not seen it less than 7 feet in the summer. It definitely gets quite a bit lower late September / early October. The rock piles are marked out pretty well.

Wonderful Lake House!
Beautiful home in a great location. Very comfortable for a few days on Moosehead. Close to town but far enough to be peaceful.
House is lovely, apparently rebuilt around fireplace. Kitchen well stocked including coffee, much appreciated! Great living room around the fireplace! Upstairs bedroom has en suite bathroom; main floor bathroom is shared with anyone sleeping on lower level. Add-on costs make it too expensive for a 2 days stay. Stairway to lake is rickety.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the lovely condition of the home, the well-stocked kitchen (including the coffee), and the cozy living room around the fireplace. It's great to know that the upstairs bedroom with the en suite bathroom met your needs, and we appreciate your note about the main floor bathroom being shared with guests on the lower level. We also want to thank you for your honest comments regarding the add-on costs and the stairway to the lake. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our local team to help us continue improving our guests' experiences. We hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.

Beautiful lake house on Moosehead Lake!
Once we arrived we found a very clean and well kept lake house! The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The set up and layout of the house has made it one of our favorite places we have stayed in Maine! We will definitely be back!
Very much in AWE of this place. Neat, Clean, anything you would need. Stairs were challenging but at 80 we did it, so no complaining. Loved the early morning coffee sitting on the deck over the water. Thank You The Guimond six
The property is beautiful, easy to access and stocked with all necessary items to enjoy our stay. We only left once throughout the entire weekend!

Great Place
Loved the fire pit. Loved the view. Loved the kitchen as it was well stocked.
Loved the washer dryer....we bought soap and left it there for others to use. Loved the ease of getting in with the combo lock. Loved the location. Only wish I had notice there was no hair blow dryer on site. Had to buy one at local Pharmacy and it was way over-priced.
Family and Friends week went perfectly. Nice spot.
Very pleased with the property. Exactly as advertised.
Nice location local to Greeneville.

Great home on Moosehead lake
This home was close to town yet far enough away to only see the lake. The view is amazing from the main level and loft. The home is well cared for, updated, with nice furniture and comfortable mattresses. There was lots of firewood for indoor and outdoor fires which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely come here again.
We are from the area returning to visit friends and old haunts. Had a chance to escape the heat by jumping into the lake! Everything in the house was wonderful. Suggestion: standby generator and a deep clean of the kitchen cabinets, they are sticky to the touch.

Thank you, Becky, for your feedback! We are happy you enjoyed this home. We appreciate your suggestions of having a standby generator. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!
We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful. The view was amazing. We slept in the loft upstairs and awoke with a spectacular lake view. We spent a lot of time on the deck listening to the loons. The dock was perfect for our pontoon boat. Location was great - close to restaurants and stores. Can't say enough about this perfect house!
We'll be back!
We had an issue with unlocking the front door, the code wouldn’t work. We were given another code for the key box and had to share one key the entire stay. Other than that the property is very nice, we loved the fire pit and the view!

The property was beautiful and everything we needed and more. The huge deck, yard space and dock provided plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. We were able to dock our boat and large float and store our paddle boards on the dock for plenty of water activities. The lake is incredible- gorgeous sunrise and sunsets, cold in the most refreshing way, and surprisingly bugs were not an issue. Being so close to town was great but also felt very private. The house was cool, bright, very clean and well stocked. Our family of 4 (mom, dad, 6 year old and 2 years) thoroughly enjoyed it and were sad to have to leave. We’ve been staying in rental homes for over a decade and this was the best- we’ve already booked it again for next year.
This home is beautiful and full access to the lake from the backyard. My husband fished off the of the convenient dock, but sadly didn't catch anything. We wanted to rent a boat, but the weather did not cooperate.
2 Amazing restaurants on the lake---the tasting at Slate (Moosehead Lodge) and 368 Main was incredible.
We will be back some day God willing!
First it was a beautiful view of the lake, but I never would have rented a lake home unless it had 2 king beds. When I made the reservation the listing said it had 2 kings and one queen. A week before we came, I looked at the listing and now there was one king and two queens. We asked for one queen to be changed out for a king and was told they couldn’t do that.
When we got there and opened the front door with the code I was sent everything was fine, but I couldn’t securely lock the door. We could lock it, but anyone that pressed the Schlage button on the combination lock, the door would unlock without entering a code. Someone from Vacasa came and turned off the lock and we had to use a key. At first we had a difficult time opening and locking the door until someone sent a video on how to lock.
We left for an overnight stay in Canada and when we returned to the home, the dock was taken out of the lake. We didn’t get any notice that this was going to happen during our stay. The other couple wanted to fish off the dock(he brought a fishing pole all the way from TX) but couldn’t use it. He also wanted to take a dip in the lake and couldn’t..
It also would have been nice knowing exactly where the bathrooms were located. The other couple slept in the bedroom in the lower level, but had to go upstairs to use the bathroom which was very inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a bathroom in the lower level. It also would have been nice having a TV on the first floor.
