The spacious 2-story Creekside Villas are situated on over 9 acres, just below Uptown Sedona. With over 600 feet of private frontage on Oak Creek, Villas offer views of the rushing clear waters or lush manicured landscape. The 1,296 square foot Villas sleep up to 6 guests and include 2 gas fireplaces, living room with flat screen TV, DVD Player, and pull-out sofa sleeper, dining area, full kitchen, private balconies/patio, and a washer & dryer.

The master bedroom features a King-size bed, TV, fireplace, private balcony, and an attached master bath with large walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds, attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private balcony.

NOTE: Accessibility; All Villas, both single level and 2-story, contain steps or stairs and therefore may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. The Resort public areas including the Creekside deck and Clubhouse have recently been modified to provide ADA access. The Clubhouse includes an ADA ramp to the front desk; pool & whirlpool chair lifts; elevator to second floor; accessible restrooms/showers.

Outstanding resort in the heart of Uptown Sedona

We had a second story unit overlooking Oak Creek. Quiet. Peaceful grounds. Great unit layout with large rooms, large balcony, two fireplaces and all the items you would have at home. The resort amenities were also great. The large clubhouse had pool tables, shuffleboard table, air hockey, foosball, indoor/outdoor pool and large hot tub. The staff was very friendly an helpful. And LOCATION! We could walk to many good restaurants and shops. Close to lots of trailheads, especially those north of town.

Fabulous place to stay in Uptown Sedona

We stumbled upon this gem of a place after a lot of searching and frustration over high rates and fees for other rentals. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 level condo, nestled against Oak Creek right in uptown Sedona. It was quiet, it was very clean and the property was delightful to explore. Oak Creek runs along the back of it and there's a wonderful spot to swim amongst the Red Rocks. The condo itself was spacious. Each bedroom had a balcony, as did the family room which is where we enjoyed many a meal. The master bedroom and attached master bath was huge, and our teenager enjoyed having her own room and bathroom. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was also fantastic. We went in June and it was exceedingly hot - the water was cool and refreshing for an afternoon dip. There was a pretty cool game room too, but see didn't have the chance to utilize it as we were incredibly busy taking naps during the heat of the day. Janyce was a gem to work with. If we ever go back to Sedona, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Spectacular!!

This property was more than we could have hoped for. All 5 of us fit nicely and there were many on property activities. It was close proximity to downtown Sedona and shops. We had multiple options for coffee, dessert and other food. The kitchen in the unit was fully functional and helped us cut costs. All in all this was one of the better spots that we’ve stayed in 4+ trips to Sedona. Definitely want to come back.

Close to Uptown Sedona Shops

Enjoyed the fact that the property is on Oak Creek with comfortable shared chairs to sit in and read. Quiet and comfortable unit.
