This one bedroom is on floor two. It has Full kitchen, washer and dryer in the hallway, two flat screen tv's and there on the big side compared to other places. Wifi, A king bed not a queen in room bathroom. Hot tub in the bedroom. Right by Parque Poblado. Liberal guest policy as long as they have ID. Elevator not stairs here......5 blocks from lleras..... Yo Do not need to Pre-register your guests. There is no charge for having people at your apartment. We rent to adults. We ask for two things. Ask your guests for ID. 2) Do not use oil on the bedding.

Cuando llegamos nadiie nos recibio a pesar de que le avise cuando salia del aeropuerto hacia Medellin, cuando sali del aeropuerto hacia la propiedad y cuando llegue Nunca contesto los mensajes enviados el chofer que nos llevo lo llamo ynunca nos contesto Tuvimos que alquilar otrol lugar. Esa noche nos contactamos con ustedes para indicarles la mala experiencia que tuvimos.

There’s the other side. This isn’t a hotel. There’s no front desk no nothing. She showed up. Didn’t get in tii ou ach right away with us left and hit a hotel. We contacted her after her ena and said come back we got your room ready we hear. She decided no I won’t do this and stayed at hotel. And now she’s upset. You got to be less rigid when you rent an apartment. Otherwise rent a hotel room where there’s 24 desk.

Lack of communication

The number one problem is the noise , there is a club that shares the apartment building and you will not be able to sleep at all. Also there is a phone on the wall that rings and is hooked to the next apartment that will ring all types of hours. The communication between you and the person that manages the apartments will be horrible because he has to call several people just to have a person meet you to check in.

This is a fantastic location. In a party area of town. I do not remember once this person contacting me during his stay. For roughly $50 a night the apartment has two ac units. King bed. A hot tub. WiFi. A shared washer and dryer. A full kitchen. What expectations does one have at this price point with all this included. Yes you have to contact us to check in because there is. No front desk. It’s not a hotel with many rules. With that said it’s up to you
