Located on Playa Los Perros, this 4 bedroom luxury ocean view home is appointed with local environmental and architectural elements. The home is furnished with locally sourced and handcrafted Nicaraguan hardwood.

The ultimate vacation getaway which offers privacy and indoor/outdoor living spaces -the main living/common area features a living room area with TV, stereo, wireless internet. Step up into a dining area and into a fully equipped, well appointed gourmet kitchen. Floor to ceiling sliding doors provide sweeping panoramic coastline views and open to a large terrace dining area - complete with a BBQ grill. The infinity swimming pool boasts unobstructed Pacific views, perfect for evaluating the morning surf breaks. The first floor master bedroom features: 1 King size bed, private outside terrace, in suite breakfast bar/closet, and indoor and outdoor showers. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have their own private entrances. A junior suite offers a queen size bed linked by an interior Jack & Jill style full bathroom. The adjoining bunk room features 4 comfortable twin beds. The connecting balcony is amazing with views of the surf, gigante bay and beyond. A few steps away from the main house is a private casita. Featuring it’s own entrance and driveway, a King size bed, kitchenette and bathroom with an outside shower. Tucked just beyond the casita, is a private palapa to enjoy yoga, meditation or relaxation.
