Communication with NSR (management company) was informative, responsive, and helpful. They offered us many options for activities, golf cart rentals, and surf board rentals. We had an unlucky flooding that occurred one of our mornings, and they came promptly to help. Although expedient, I would've hoped for a little more understanding in how it dampened our morning by a few hours - however, it was not a big concern. Our housekeeper Giselle was absolutely lovely and came to clean (as requested) daily and left our rooms sandless and spotless. Home amenities are slightly dated (barely a TV and difficult to connect), kitchen is on the smaller side but well-equipped with everything you need to make a solid meal. View and patio were spectacular! Can't beat the location - with a short walk to a beach bar south on the beach and a taco spot 30 min up the beach. We would definitely book this house again!
