OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE (BRIEF)
Please note:
- not suitable for infants & toddlers due to open access to pool & canal, and access to pool & canal are 100% at your own risks;
- perimeter, equipment & external entrances are monitored with 2+5 AV devices to help safeguard both parties;
- no smoking anywhere on the property: please do not book this home if anyone in your group is a smoker, so we can avoid all smells & littering;
- animals must be preapproved at conditions outlined in the descriptions & rental agreement.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE (EXT.)
- Main guest on the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
- Please register all visitors on the reservation as well, as anyone accessing the property must also be on the insurance, for a maximum of 8.
- We are NOT a party house & make every effort to keep the neighbors & city happy. We will evict immediately, keep both lodging & deposit and levy a $500 fine as the city may give us a citation if you breach this agreement. We will also pursue damages if your actions cause our hosting privileges to be revoked by the platform or the city.
- Available to book online for up to 28 nights & month/month with direct lease & deposits.
- Private owners offer unique dates for unique properties & it is the guest’s responsibility to get CFAR/other travel insurance. Our cancellation policy will be enforced, even if guests choose not to get the travel insurance they may need.
- We offer flexible pricing 1-8 guests, to remain accessible to solo travelers, couples or small groups & this platform will calculate additional guest charges automatically.
- Any early check in or late check out must be pre-approved. There is an $80/hour fee/penalty for up to 2h of early check in or late check out (doubled cleaning crew). After 2h, we must charge another night as there is not enough time to turnover the listing, plus any charges for relocating the next guests if applicable.
- The home has 3 closets & plastic bins labeled & monitored as owner-only access. Guests will be charged if they do.
- Pool heater thermostat set up to 88F is available at $15/day extra (payable in advance for the duration of the stay to avoid trip fees).
PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS:
- Some pets may be approved depending on type & breed with picture as proof & with the following: $250 pet deposit/cleaning fee to steam clean the home to help remediate allergens (additional to be sent after completing the reservation) & $10/pet/day to cover wear & tear (included in the pet reservation). We hope to refund part of the deposit/cleaning fee if you return the home in excellent condition.
- Guests are 100% liable for any damage caused by their animal, and must present pet insurance & health records for all animals.
- The animal must be under the control of the handler at all times & never be left alone at the property, unless crated.
- The animal is not allowed to use inside pee pads, or to go potty on the property. Please walk your animal on the street & always pick up with your own supplies, tightly close bags & place into the outdoor garbage bins, never inside. Any littering or damages to our yard will cause you to forfeit the deposit, landscaping fees to resod or replant & our landscapers will alert us if they find animals are using the yard.
- Animals are not allowed on any furniture or counters… except SA & only if specifically related to the services the SA provides.
- ESA are not recognized by STR platforms & are subject to all rent, deposit & cleaning fees.
- Misrepresentation of a SA is a crime. If it is discovered that a guest lied about their SA to avoid paying fees and/or deposits, the guests will be evicted immediately with no refunds & will be reported to the appropriate federal agency for fraud.
- Cats can only be accepted if using (our/your) top-entry litter box. Please get your pet accustomed to using a top-entry one, so there is zero risk of spray & spills & place the litter box on a waterproof rug to avoid tracking.
