A great house for a family or families

We had a three generation family holiday. The house provided a ground floor bedroom ensuite for grandparents and the upper floor three excellent bedrooms for parents and children. A bonus was toys and games for the children. The house is very well equipped and surrounded on three sides by its own garden with a secure gated entrance. Close to the beach off a quiet road

Wonderful property in a great location

We have had the most wonderful week in this property. Very clean and super practical for a beach house, it worked well for a multi generational stay as grandparents could stay on the ground floor. The house is very well equipped and the beds comfortable. The garden is completely enclosed and great fun for kids with indoor and outdoor toys provided. We enjoyed dining outside in the sunshine. The location is excellent - a 3 mins walk from a beautiful white Sandy beach. Super safe for kids. We have had glorious weather and swum in the sea daily. Loctudy is a very short walk and has everything you could want - a fab bakery, cafe and gift shops. Carrefour is well stocked and a 5 mins drive away. The area is quiet and laid back - blessed with lots of fabulous quiet beaches, interesting fishing towns and laid back bars and restaurants. We loved the little bar at the marina for an early evening drink. Stephanie was a great communicator and we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend and hope to return one day too!

Ein Traum!

Toll gelegen, das Meer/Strand in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, schönes geräumiges Haus mit moderner Einrichtung und hübschem Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Großes, schönes, modernes, top ausgestattetes Haus direkt um die Ecke des Strands. Ein schöner Ort mit Boulangerie, Crêperie und Co., schön zu erkunden mit den Fahrrädern des Hauses. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank an Stéphane und Familie.

Un excellent séjour à Loctudy, notamment grâce à cette propriété à deux pas d’une belle plage, spacieuse -avec sa belle agréable pièce de vie tournée vers le jardin- à la décoration soignée, l'ensemble bien pensé et très fonctionnel, et ou rien ne manque. Tolles Haus für maximale Erholung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und großzügig geschnitten. Insbesondere der Wohn-/Ess-/Kochbereich im EG mit seinen zwei großen Schiebetüren gefällt. Der Garten ist groß und eben (wir haben Speedminton darin gespielt) und - vielleicht für Reisende mit kleinen Kindern interessant - vollständig eingefriedet, so dass bei geschlossenem Tor die Kinder nicht vom Grundstück laufen können. Im extrem sonnigen Sommer 2022 haben wir uns auch über die großzügig geschnittene Garage gefreut, in der wir unser Fahrzeug immer im Schatten parken konnten. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Es sind max. 3 Minuten bis zum moderat besuchten Strand. Das erspart lästige Mitnahme von Kühltaschen - kurz zurück zum Haus und ein kühles Getränk aus dem Kühlschrank gefischt. Wie von anderen Gästen schon kommentiert: auch uns hat der nahe Campingplatz überhaupt nicht gestört. Für Strandtypen: investieren sie während ihres Aufenthalts zur Abwechslung einmal die 25 Minuten Anfahrt zum Strand von Tréguennec. Je nachdem wohin uns die Pläne der nächsten Jahre treiben kehren wir gern hierhin zurück.

Une maison idéale en famille à Loctudy

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants en bas âge (3 ans et 2 mois)! La maison est très fonctionnelle avec par exemple des grands placards et bien équipée…les baies vitrées permettent de profiter du jardin à loisir. De plus elle est idéalement située pour visiter la région qui est magnifique… sans parler de la proximité du port pour aller chercher du poisson frais, et des commerces ! Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec nos hôtes. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans cette belle maison !

Séjour de 3eme confinement

Séjour très agréable malgré le contexte. La maison est très bien placée à 150m de la belle plage de langoz. Ellle est moderne et très bien équipée. La literie est neuve et l’équipement de cuisine comme chez soi. La terrasse est très bien exposée pour profiter du soleil toute la journée et donne sur le jardin de la bonne taille avec des enfants. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et accueillants.

Maison bien située. Commerces à 10 mn à pieds. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Juste un point négatif mais qui ne nous a pas perturbé notre semaine, il manque un rideau ou paroi de douche à l'étage. Je recommande cette maison.
