The space was impeccable clean, well-stocked and beautifully furnished. Everything that we needed was available to us without any request. The staff at Marlin Bay was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The pool and marina grounds were in comparison to an exclusive resort. If there was food available on the grounds, it would have been 100% perfect!

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was good but several things have gone down hill since the last time we stayed there, this was our third visit the last one we stayed for 6 weeks. This was a different unit and it needs updating, wall paper was falling off in bathroom, house smelled musty and the noise upstairs from the fan and air conditioning was extremely loud. It seems the pool was not cleaned as often as prior visits, debris from trees all over seating and in the pool As for the the overall experience this was the worst only due to the fact all the kids that were there, this place should be 18 and over, if we wanted to go and listen to screaming kids or pool toys all over and kids in the hot tub all day we would of gone to Hawks Cay in Duck Key. I would hope that this will be addressed , we talked to several people, some we new from prior visits and they were all disappointed in the number of kids and we all are going to shop around at other locations next time if changes to policy are not done
