This is on a quiet inlet in Ocean City, NJ and a very short walkable distance from the lively boardwalk and beach. Sunsets on the water are especially breathtaking.

You would have this place all to yourself since it is an independent studio apartment on the ground floor. It includes a functional kitchen (with a coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, stove, and oven) and a bathroom with a full shower. There is a brand new comfy queen bed, a folding cot and a large wall mounted TV.

Bike, kayak, jet ski, and boat rentals are down the street. Fishing is allowed off the pier. Shared BBQ grills are available as well.

Also includes access to the community club house which has a pool, a washer/dryer & 1 car reserved parking. Our place is within convenient driving distance to Atlantic City.
