Fantastic stay again!

This was our second stay at this home and it’s 5 plus stars. Great location, comfortable beds, fully stocked, the owners have thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Great House / Great Location

My family stayed at this property for a weekend to attend a wedding. The home was very nice, had everything you could have needed and was centrally located to everything (we could have walked everywhere had we not had our elderly parents with us). I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay for the third time

This vacation home feels as comfortable as our own home. We pack very little each year because it has everything a family could possibly need. Our favorite place to stay on St Simons! If we could rate it higher than 5 stars we would.

Upon arrival we found the house clean and tidy. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will use this location again when in town. The instructions, check-in and out were seamless. Well worth your time to look at.

Great location Near Amenities

Wonderful, super clean, beachy home that was very comfortable for 6 people. Close to amenities and beach was only a few blocks away. Not big on size, but very well designed. Had a great stay. Recommend!

Christmas in St Simon

Getaway for the family beautiful house with great character local to everything. Having beach stuff on site perfect. Enjoyed many bike rides around town and to restraunts. This house has everthing you need and hosts are responsive to messages. Thanks for a great vacation

Quiet, comfortable...exactly what we were looking for

This home more than met our expectations. The check-in and communication with the owner were great, and the location can't be beat -- easy walking distance to restaurants and the best beach on St. Simons. The home itself is as advertised, very clean with lots of extras provided inside along with plenty of bikes and beach equipment. Highly recommended!

The way a rental should be

All great things to say about our stay. Communication with John and Joan was great. They were attentive and quick to address questions and any concerns we had. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and then some. This will definitely be number 1 on our list for places to stay on SSI.

Wonderful home and location!

This property was the cutest house, perfect for kids and by far the best stocked rental home we have ever stayed at on the island. Loved the bikes, the neighborhood and easy to golf cart almost anywhere.

Best SSI stay thus far!

My wife and I come to SSI every year and bring our (now 4 year old) with us. My in laws traveled with us this year as well. The two king beds are a HUGE plus and the kids bunk bed room is adorable. The house is very nicely decorated and is only about a three minute walk to the beach access as described. The best thing about this property is it literally has everything you could need for a beach trip. We flew in this time (we typically drive) so we were unable to bring all of our beach necessities, but we were so happy to find this place has it all. Beach towels, wagon, bikes, cooler, beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards. You name it, this place has it. The location is fantastic and I will certainly be looking to book this place again next year!

Awesome clean house, great location, smooth process

We had stayed here for a family wedding in the area, we wanted a house since we have a three year old, this was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed the house and central location, easy walk to the beach and they have everything we needed. We will definitely look into coming back to the area and staying here again.
