One bedroom & One bath suite. sleeps 4 very comfortably with over 400 sq ft of living space. Please note, you can only book 7 nights, 4 nights, or 3 nights stays. No other form of booking is accepted.

This is a 5 star ski in ski out time share resort with everything you expect from a 5 star resort. Please email me with questions if this is not clear. The rates in calendar reflect the configuration. If the rate is $1500 dollars per night, that means I do not have the timeshare available for those days.

suite configuration with a queen bed, pull out sofa; kitchenette, and one full bath: Total of 7 nights with 3 night minimum stay. If you stay all 7 nights the rates will drop by 10%.

I own multiple time shares at Grand Timber Lounge. Please feel free to email me and I will point you to the other available weeks. You also have full access to all amenities that the resort has to offer no matter which configuration you rent.

The resort is ski in and ski out at peak 9. There is a full service spa on site (of course you have to pay for the spa services). The amenities listed below come with unit and you have full access to without any additional charges,

- Multiple steam rooms, and dry saunas.
- Multiple pools (indoor and outdoor)
- Multiple indoor / outdoor hot tubs.
- Four small movie theater
- Exercise rooms, Pool table, and much much more. You name it... we have it at this resort.

As part of your package you also get access to heated covered parking lot. Now, if you have visited ski resorts often, you can appreciate the cover parking and the fact that you do not have to move your luggage and skies in a blizzard from your car to your room. You also will not have to spend hours clearing snow from your car before driving.

Grand Timber lounge provides a private (not the public bus system that takes forever to come) shuttle service between all 4 resorts, and the bases of peak 7, 8, and 9. The shuttle service also takes you to down town Breckenridge if you don't feel like driving and looking for parking spots.

The resort is ski in and ski out. I have taken pictures of the path you take to ski right to the resort (see pictures). and you can ski out to the bottom of the peak 9 base (ski out will be difficult if there is not enough snow during your stay) You may have to then walk about 50 yards from the edge of the snow to bottom of peak 9 . Access to slopes is from back of building 6 where Christy sports rental is located. This is where you go to rent your skies. There are also lockers that you have access to and can store your skies and not take them back to your room. Bring your own lock if you plan to use lockers

Love having the shuttle service, location and amenities here. Stay is always so pleasant and the hot tubs are a must favorite place to soak after a long day on the slopes.

Perfect ski in ski out

Less than 2 minute walk to step into your bindings. Perfect ski in ski out. Check in was less that 5 minutes with convenient parking under the unit. Clean and good kitchen area for cooking breakfast. Coming back next year!

Breck Fun Lodge

This lodge had great staff, and every amenity we needed plus more. The ski in and ski out was good. Not great for snowboarders to ski all the way in. We had to walk a few times but that’s OK. It was still a fun walk. Ski out was super easy. The pool and hot tubs are perfect and there’s enough space for everyone even on a busy spring break week. The shuttles are great and go everywhere you need them to go. The town and food are wonderful. We had a great time even the restaurant on site and the bar were fun with good food.

Excellent Stay

We had an outstanding experience at the Grand Timber Lodge. Room and resort was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool at the end of each day. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The shuttle was the only way to get around town, never waited more than 5-10 minutes for a pick up. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

A perfect weekend getaway

This place has everything you need for a quick trip to Breckenridge. It’s close to the main city shops, a short walk to ski lifts, and the resort shuttle offers transportation throughout Breckenridge. I would happily stay here again.

I bought because I stayed here one time and I love the resort amenities. When you ski all day you want to come back to nice steam room, Jacuzzi, and a nice massage. This place has it all.
