Why they chose this property

This home is in South Addition which is an established, quiet neighborhood in downtown Anchorage. We often say it is the best of Anchorage with the water (Cook Inlet), views, and walking trails, in addition to the close proximity to all things downtown.

What makes this property unique

Our neighborhood is wonderful, and we love to share where we live. Hosts are nearby, but respect guest privacy. We are happy to share the interesting history of Anchorage and lend ideas to make your Alaskan visit even more enjoyable if requested. We are both lifelong Alaskans, and our kids are 6th generation Alaskans, so we know a little about our town.
The Bootlegger House sits next door to two other houses available for rent. If you have a large group of family, friends, or coworkers our units are ideal for having your own space while still being close. Check out the Bootlegger Bungalow (2 beds/1 bath) and the Inlet View House (3 beds/2 baths).
