This beautiful 3000 sf beach home, built in 2007, is just over 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks to the estuary. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to shops and restaurants. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a spacious loft and a great floor plan, this home will allow everyone to hang out together or have some privacy.

Top-of-the-line finishes include gourmet kitchen w/island seating 6 and SS appliances, dining table w/seating for 8-9, vaulted great room w/floor-to-ceiling windows, gas fireplace, foosball, children's books and toys, board games and puzzles, WiFi, and 55' HDTV. Enjoy the deck, bbq, and hot tub, or try your luck at nearby clamming or crabbing. We have sand toys for your use in the garage. Paved driveway and quiet street provide a great play area for riding bikes, playing ball, etc.

Sleeping accommodations are: 3 bedrooms w/queen beds (2 on ground floor, 1 upstairs off great room), 1 bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds. (Max of 9 over age 3 on property at any time is strictly enforced.) Come enjoy this luxurious vacation home at Oregon's favorite beach!

THERE IS NO ON-STREET PARKING ALLOWED IN SEASIDE for vacation renters in residential areas. WE CAN ACCOMMODATE 3 (4 IF TWO SMALL ONES CAN FIT IN GARAGE) CARS ON OUR PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A $100 FINE SHOULD YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR GROUP PARK ON THE STREET FOR ANY TIME.

2023 Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament

We had two families stay here for the volleyball tournament and it was perfect! The space was perfect for all of us to either be together or to relax separately. The host was awesome, very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay there again!

Convention Center Dance Competion

This VRBO is walking distance to the beach and Seaside. Ot was a 5 minute drive to the convention center. It was a perfect location. The home was clean with all bedding and towels in great condition. The kitchen utensils, bake ware and pots and pans were excellent making meal peperation so much easier. The 3 showers in the home were excellent. Costco size bottles of liquid bath soap, shampoo and conditioner available in all bathrooms anf shower.Definately a great VRBO. We had a fantastic time.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. House has plenty of space! Having the washer and dryer was so helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies which was so helpful! We enjoyed everything. Theres some small wear and tear but thats normal for any home. I do recommend keeping a few windows open to get air flow, it can get a little stuffy during summer time. There is even beach toys, chairs, and kites in the garage. There was plenty of home towels and even beach towels! I definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Beautiful home perfect for a big family to enjoy. The beds were comfortable. Lots of stairs.

Great home for hide and go seek. Our holiday was top notch fun. And just 2 blocks from the beach. Star gazing on the deck was fantastic with our grandskids.

Great House and Great Location

Beautiful and Big. To stay here you have to be able to go up and down stairs. Entry is the bottom floor and you climb stairs to get to master, kitchen and main level. Lots of Light. 3 bedrooms and full bath and garage on main level. Top level is big open loft. I had knee surgery so the stairs were not fun for me. Everyone else was fine. :-)

Roomy family getaway

This was a comfortable house.

We've stayed at lots of VRBOs and i can tell you that Kelli is the best at communicating with us. I would only suggest that her cleaning staff communicate with her. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. The house was clean however. I would suggest this house for any large groups.

Seaside Beach Trip

This property was pretty great! We all loved the very large kitchen/dining/great room! It was comfortable for all 9 of us! The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary cooking pans and utensils and the couches were comfy! It’s a very cheerful room! Having a hot tub was nice and all of the beds were comfortable! All the guys loved the foos ball table, too! I highly recommend this home for a wonderful beach stay!

Best beach house!!

I 100% recommend this beach house if you have 4 or more people in your party. There is plenty of space, bedrooms are well stocked and spacious, bathrooms are spacious and the main floor is great! There is a wonderful hot tub outside which is nice when it’s cold outside Overall this house was perfect for our group. Kitchen was perfect and the loft was great too! The walk to the beach was a straight shot and it was maybe a 5-8 minute walk. Definitely worth the money!

The location was wonderful. The inside had plenty of room but the stairs were an issue for us. Also.. the deck and fence and out doors needed some freshening up.

Property owner, Kelly, is very responsive and very easy to work with for our reservations. The house is quite large, with the master on the upstairs main level, which was great. The master suite is huge, although, the bed is only a queen - not ideal if you are used to a king. Houses are super close together so no privacy. The house rules are fairly restrictive - we could only be outdoors and utilize the hot tub until 9pm as the neighbors will complain and call the police. Beach is a bit of a journey as there is a large area to walk through before you get to the water.

Lots of space for large group and great location.

Very comfortable place. Beds were more comfortable than a hotel! There was a lot of space to stay together as a group or spread out into smaller private groups (I.e. teen group/ adult group). Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to quiet part of the beach.

Being at this house feels like vacation to us thanks to the hot tub, big tv and foosball table, as well as the absence of chores to do like at home! The kids love playing on the beach rain or shine, and it's just a comfortable place where we can escape.
