CLEANING
We adhere to CDC guide lines for cleaning. Bleach and water to sterilize the toilet handle, faucets, stove knobs, door handles, light switches, backs of chairs.
BEACHES
All beaches that are open are New Buffalo, Warren, Weko and Silver, Harbert and Cherry . Cherry beach there is no more beach pass, $15 parking fee thank you Chikaming twnshp. First come first serve. You can enjoy the majestic sunsets.


Just a short 5 block walk to Harbert Beach. Located between Warren Dunes is a short drive 4 mi. Four Winds Casino is 10 mi. drive. Walk to the Swedish bakery/Luisa’s Cafe. Enjoy the wineries and breweries, walk the Galien River County Park, Cherry beach. Pick up your grilling needs at Falatics Meat Market [ online orders only https://www.falatics.com/ ] visit the many farmers markets all minutes away. Antique shops on Red Arrow. Cool off in the pool (not heated) or enjoy a fire in the evening (wood provided).

Our stay was fabulous. Nic and his wife were wonderful hosts and super informative about the locale. The location was prime being a short stint to the beach and access to the bike path right in the front of the house. The pool was refreshing and my little mermaid barely surfaced the entire stay.

Great location. Pool unfortunately was not ready, but the owner tried to get this figured out. Easy communication with the owner and very good instructions for the stay. It’s a nice home for a trip to SW Michigan with great access to the wine trail, New Buffalo, Three Oaks, and more.

Charming and cozy lake cottage with ample outdoor space. Having our own pool was a game-changer! Floating and relaxing with deer and turkeys stopping by to say hi, like being a Disney princess. Also this is a short distance to the gorgeous Harbert Beach and an incredible bakery, with a local coffee stop on the other side of the road.

Great communication, The home had all we needed. Kitchen well stocked with cookware etc.( Do bring your own tin foil or plastic rap) Furniture/beds were comfortable. The home was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck, we also use the pool and pool deck. Pool was very clean! Nice fire pit and fire wood provide. We never got around to using. Comfortable furniture outside as well. We enjoyed walking to the beach which was about a 12-minute stroll. Very nice wooded neighborhood area. We plan on returning next year for our 3 sister weekend.

The house was small but clean and was good for our purposes. The air conditioner in the bedroom was so loud my daughter couldn't sleep there with it on. The only way to turn it off was to bump up the thermostat. We opened up the windows at night as they were cool and it was fine.The pool was refreshing. We had a little trouble checking in as we thought the code was for the lock box instead of the digital lock on the door. The instructions to park 6 feet from the garage was a little confusing but I think it was meant not to drive up close to the house on the grass.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is a good solid home for a family to enjoy all the area and pool too. Easy access to all events, entertainment, good food etc. It was quiet enough for us while we were there too! A people pleasing place.

Girls weekend

Everything was perfect for our girls getaway trip. Nic was a great host and was attentive to my questions. The cottage was perfect and the space was just what we needed. The pool was also a big hit.

Cozy Home

Was a very warm and cozy feeling when you walk in. The back porch was very nice to just hang outside in and a very clean pool. I would stay there again. Had all the comforts of home Met the renter he was very nice also !

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First time visiting Lake Michigan and it's absolutely beautiful. The house is a perfect location between things to do and the public beach access at the end of the road. The house has a great set up and Nic is easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend this location to anyone!
