This is a good solid home for a family to enjoy all the area and pool too. Easy access to all events, entertainment, good food etc. It was quiet enough for us while we were there too! A people pleasing place.

Excellent stay in a very clean 3 bedroom home. Good location near Warren Dunes, breweries and wineries. Above ground pool is nice. Easy communication with host. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect for our girls getaway trip. Nic was a great host and was attentive to my questions. The cottage was perfect and the space was just what we needed. The pool was also a big hit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First time visiting Lake Michigan and it's absolutely beautiful. The house is a perfect location between things to do and the public beach access at the end of the road. The house has a great set up and Nic is easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend this location to anyone!

We stayed at Nick’s house for our family reunion. This house is perfect for 6 people and has what you need to make breakfast and dinner. The Wi-Fi and smart TVs kept our younger adults satisfied.

We found what we were looking for..something in SW Michigan where we could enjoy a quiet place to read…we liked the train nearby….nearby scenic areas to walk (Warren Woods and Harbert Preserve areas Fernwood in Niles) and many places to eat, get coffee, and ice cream. Nearby access to Lake Michigan Beach and well maintained pool in back yard for water types.
Hope to return !

Karen, thank you for such a wonderful review. Perfect description of the cottage and surrounding area. Hope to have you return. Thank you Nic.
This cabin was the perfect end-of-summer beach getaway for my family of 5, and Nic was a wonderful host. The beach was a bit of a hike for the littlest, but we had a wonderful time down on Cherry and Harbert beaches and the kids were in the pool (which was very well maintianed) every day of our stay. The cabin is beautiful and had all the little amenities that make a stay seamless - from kitchen utensils to board games. We would absolutely stay again.

Perfect home with great location, pool and fire pit.
Great Location..Wonderful clean home, perfect get a way, with pool and fire pit. Nic was an amazing host, answered all of our questions, and gave us amazing recommendations for food and activities. We would definitely stay there again and all agreed we would come back to the area. We visited all towns up to South Haven, the state parks, beaches dunes, road side markets, boutiques, and light houses. Great vacation, Thank you Nic
The location of the place is great, just a quick minute or two drive to a few different beaches, and a short drive to lots of places to eat and wineries. We went to the beach everyday for a week and had a fire in the firepit every night. We walked to the bakery everyday it was open they have great homemade pastries and coffee (they even have gluten free options)! The place is quaint but it’s nice not to have a big place to take care of, and it has a nice fireplace in the living room as well which would be handy in the winter. The pool is a decent size too and in the heat of summer would be great for kids. I would definitely stay here again. I will note it is close to a road so if you don’t like traffic or train noise that could bother you. We are used to that so didn’t mind it. Can’t be beat for the price!! Nic also gives lots of good options of what to do in the area too and is very responsive to any question's.
