Downtown Denver Union Station

This loft is located at the union station light rail.
You can step out the door and take the train to the Pepsi center or sports authority field. You can also take the light rail to and from the airport to Union station starting April 2016.
You will also have the 16th street shuttle available right outside your door. This free shuttle will give you access to all of downtown.
There is also a parking spot available if needed. But you truly do not need a car if you stay here.
Within a 1/2 mile radius you have Coors Field, Elitch Gardens, Pepsi center, Museum of Contemporary art. Within a mile you have Sports Authority field and the Colorado Convention center.
This urban loft features polished concrete floors, maple cabinetry, granite counters, a five piece master bath and stainless appliances. This building is adjacent to the Millennium Bridge giving you the convenience to walk out your front door to anywhere in the city.
There is secured parking too!

Such a perfect choice for our weekend getaway! It’s conveniently close to everything — we ended up walking most of the time, even though we had a car. The place is cute, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Parking was easy, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Communication was quick, friendly, and kind. We’d definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This property was in the perfect location for our trip to see a concert at Red Rocks. It was in a quieter end of town, which we preferred, but was super close to multiple trains to take you wherever you need to go.There was a bit of noticeable noise from the tracks that were right outside, but it never disturbed us to the point we were bothered by it. We actually enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the different types of cargo loads going in and out (and maybe even waving to the engineers!). Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, extremely comfortable bed and an open kitchen/living/desk area that was nicely appointed for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze, and the property owner was very responsive to our questions, sometimes answering in just a matter of minutes, and was courteous, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo - Great Location!

The loft/condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. The location is ideal! You can walk to everything: restaurants, entertainment, etc. I had a car and didn’t use it once. The parking garage is convenient and easy to access. The building is very secure and quiet. Sergio was a wonderful host and very attentive. Totally 5 stars and I will definitely stay here again!

Downtown Denver amazing space!!

Location was perfect. Right next to the millennium bridge. The unit actually walks directly out to the bridge where you can catch the 16th st mall bus that takes you all downtown free. There’s a Kum&go and a few restaurants close by including a Starbucks over the bridge and Whole Foods. The loft is right next to train station but you don’t hear them at all. Union station just a few blocks away. The king bed is so comfortable! I would recommend adding a dresser and a mirror. It is a loft so the bedroom is not enclosed. Loved the space! Sergio was very available. We checked in close to midnight and he still answered my messages and helped me get in. At night it was a bit difficult finding the entrance but we managed. Parking available in garage too. I finally figured out the elevators to this! I highly recommend this space and host! Thank you so much!

Great stay

My husband and I love staying in LoDo and in this building when we visit Denver. You are walking distance to everything. If you get tired, take the 16th street mall bus. It definitely comes in handy on those cold nights. We tried doing laundry, but the washer wasn’t working. It kept making a loud buzzing sound. The owner was notified.

Amazing location!

Super cute place and the location was perfect. We ended up walking everywhere and even spent a few hours in the adjacent park. No need for a car. Would definitely stay there again.

A perfect place to stay in downtown Denver

What a lovely condo and location. It’s got everything you need for a perfect stay. I hope to go back for a week. Two days was too short. If you use the garage, the elevators are the Promenade Elevator Lobby ones, and not highly visible. Thanks to a big red sign that points you to a door. There are several luggage carries in the elevator entrance. We also discovered you can get to the condo from a door on the bridge. That was a lot easier than going up the stairs, down the stairs and into the condo if you started downtown. Also, the coffee maker takes pods. Don’t try to cram real coffee in there because it won’t work and it gums up the machine. I found pods above the fridge, loaded the canister and put extras in the fridge. Thanks Sergio for a lovely time! I’ll be back!

The condo was very clean and was in a great location within walking distance a cool park and a lot of great restaurants, Coors Field, and some breweries. Easy check-in and check-out process. It was great having a secure parking space as well.
