Spa and Pool heating included. 2 months booking minimum (Jan-Feb, Feb-Mar, Mar-April) Large vaulted living area, fireplace, HD tv's via Roku channels. Mid-century design dining area. New Kitchen fully equiped. Laundry room. 3 bedrooms (one with Calking bed and 2 with Queen beds). 2.5 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath and a powder room). All utilities included up to $1000/months.

Living room is wide opened to the beautiful desert outdoors setting with pool and hot tub. Oriented South West for sunny mornings and afternoons.

Sunny Retreat

Well maintained. Completely walled private west facing swimming pool and lanai made for sunny reading spot most of day, even in February. 1 and 1/2 bath and two bedrooms. The master suite and bath are locked off and retained for owners use. As advertised. Perfect for adult couple. Children not allowed. Close to Joshua Tree NP (45 min). Six + hour drive to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Two blocks from major grocery stores and many restaurants, easy walking distance.
