New upgrades for 2022 two new queen memory foam mattresses for a great nights sleep! Also a bigger polywood outdoor picnic table. The house renovated in 2018 this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath single family home has what your vacation needs want. Additions include central air-conditioning, hard wired smoke detectors, ceiling fans, new flooring, granite countertops, appliances, patio & courtyard pavers, electrical work, large outside shower to off the beach or just enjoy being outside for a mid-day cool off. A washer and dryer is located in the basement or use the outside cloths line to dry off your towels and bathing suits!
We offer one of the largest backyards in Seaside with a newly installed 8ft vinyl fence for your privacy. Our property includes 5 beach badges (savings of $40./day) and 1 parking pass during your stay. We also offer a 5% discount for Multi-Week Guests. The front courtyard is equipped with Adirondack Chairs for your comfort to sit and relax as you watch possible new friends walk by or just watch the sunset as time goes by.
Our house offers Free WiFi and T.V. with Starz package, a Weber grill for any and all grilling desires, picnic table with umbrella for outdoor dining and kitchen appliances with supplies to make a meal into an adventure.
We do not offer sheets or pillow cases so you must provide your own. We do however provide mattress/pillow covers, comforters and blankets as needed.
Guidance for Internet/T.V. located on walls along, garbage schedules and other must knows throughout the house.
We hope you enjoy your stay and plan to give feedback to improve as well as planning a future stay with us next year.

Great stay!

Fun spot with everything you need, very close to the beach! Beach passes included, and a huge patio w outdoor shower which was great! We’d be glad to stay again.

Easy beach stay

So close to the beach which is what we wanted, it makes it easy to run home if you forget something or need to use the bathroom :-)

Amazing Family Vacation

It was such a amazing family vacation. The house was big enough and my 19month old toddler could play outside all day due to the house being fenced in! We hope to stay at this property again next year

A Wonderful Weekend We will Always Remember

It was overall a great trip! There were some unfortunate mishaps during our stay, but the property manger was extremely responsive and made what would be large issues into easily resolved situations. We were very impressed by how much the guests are cared for. The place is very comfortable, clean and it’s an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We would certainly stay here again.

Best place for families

It’s all about the convenience, the house is located just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. There are also some great restaurants nearby. Jim the owner is always a pleasure to work with and makes sure the house and his guests have everything they need. The house is always clean. You can just park your car for your stay cause everything is in walking distance!

Location, Location, Location

My family and I just finished a week stay. The home was perfect for our needs. The backyard is a great size and had all the tools needed for a BBQ dinner. The proximity to all the action (beach, boardwalk, Casino Pier) was a huge plus. Jim was helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Another Great Stay at Jim’s

There’s a reason we return to this house every year. Jim’s place is wonderful and he truly cares about his guests’ experience. The house is very nicely appointed and the cleanest shore house I know of. The house is only 1 block from the boardwalk, so it’s a quick walk to the beach during the day, but quiet late at night. It’s perfect for a short or long stay with friends and family.

Family beach getaway!

Amazing shore house steps from the beach with lots of space. Jim was great to work with and always available. My wife and I stayed for two weeks with our 10 and 3 year old boys who had a blast. All rooms were a nice size (fantastic backyard!) and the house has everything you would need to be comfortable. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay

We had a great time at Jim's place. The place was very clean on our arrival, the check-in was easy, and the location is great -- less than a block from the boardwalk and beach. We had family with a variety of ages. We cooked most of our meals and ate them out back on the large table. Great time! Thanks, Jim.

Great location!

This is a beautiful house to rent with great proximity to the boardwalk (1 block) yet at enough of a distance where you don’t hear the noise at night. James was an excellent host and accessible as needed. He was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The backyard is amazing and has ample room for outdoor games and grilling as well as an AMAZING outdoor shower! Definitely would rent again!

Great experience!!

This was my third year staying at this property. Jim is always a pleasure to work with, he goes above and beyond to make sure your vacation at his property is one of the best. The house is always clean and maintained. You can’t go wrong with the location just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Great stay

We had a great time staying at this house. Very close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Clean and organized. Outside shower was a plus. The owner was very informative and was fast to communicate. We had a 1 year old with us and the house is definitely not baby safe. Also, the living room lacked comfy couches and chairs. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect home away from home.

Jim was amazing. The shower door was falling off the track and the upstairs tv was broken. Both were certainly not emergencies since there was an e Allen’s outdoor shower to use. He drove hours the next day to come and fix the shower door and even bought a new tv to put up when he realized the tv was actually broken. The house itself was perfect!!! Soooo clean and plenty of space. It was a well equipped kitchen and needed nothing. I totally Overpacked and did t have to use half of the items because they were there. The fenced in yard was amazing for our family. Sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the front at night was fun. The Central air was great and kept it cool even on hot days. We couldn’t be happier. The beaches were great and not over crowded and full of families with no trouble. The motels made me nervous about renting here… they were absolutely no issue at all. Very quiet and no problems. This house is so close to the beach and the boardwalk that my teens could walk up and get ice cream or play games alone. Can’t say enough about Jim and his beach house. Can’t wait to go back.

Awesome house at the Jersey Shore.

My family and friends had an absolutely fantastic experience at Jim's house in Seaside this summer. We stayed for a full week and took complete advantage of the backyard space and everything the house had to offer. Such a short distance from the beach and boardwalk. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. Jim was very communicative and helpful. Our group had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a little space and the perfect backyard.

Amazing location and property

My family and I could not have asked for a better experience. This house quickly felt like home and the location was just perfect. Walking distance from the beach, the boardwalk and the water park. 5 minute drive to the grocery store and a 2 minute drive to a dock which we used for crabbing almost daily. The house was immaculate and all of the beach details were really made it feel like a vacation home. The backyard is huge. Plenty of space for my little ones to run around while the adults can grill or get some sun. Jim was great, answered questions quickly and made sure we were comfortable.
