CENTRAL VILLA with PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS -- SAINTE-MAXIME -- SLEEPS 14 !

This lovely 250 square meters 7 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 4 toilets villa is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime. Situated very close by walking from the city center and the beach, you will enjoy to not use the car (as traffic is high from May to October, and parking sought!) to reach the shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, bars sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries, glaciers, old market.. This quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area.

Villa completely refurbished last year, very bright and spacious (facing South), decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 14 people.

This comfortable villa offers 3 living-rooms and 4 kitchens (one is outside for dining around the pool). The 4 bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower. You will also find : 3 panoramic terraces and a balcony, a swimming pool (11m x 4m) with an electric safety cover. Garden, pool house and dining area in the shade of olive trees. The other views from inside are lovely too. Its location is really a major asset : at less than 5 min from the heart of the city and from the beach of Sainte-Maxime. :)

Optional paying service : The pool can be heated on request, for a temperature (from April 1 to October 30) at 28 °C. An additional cost of 200 Euros per week is required (payment by cash upon arrival) to cover the consumption generated by the heat pump. The pool can NOT be heated from November 1 until March 31.

Spacious house with excellent location

The house is very spacious and can easily accommondate several families each with their own key, floor and fully equipped kitchen. The pool and outside kitchen/dinning area are fantastic. On top of it - you can within some 10-15 minutes walk to central St. Maxime and the ferry to St. Tropez.

Beautiful villa, great location.

We were an extended family of 11 staying in the villa. The layout suited us perfectly & the outdoor kitchen was brilliant for family dinners. The pool was great & the location (5mins walk from the centre) couldn’t have been better. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Laurent & Vanessa. We can highly recommend this villa!

stadtwohnung am meer

tolles stadthaus mit schöner sicht auf die bucht von st. tropez mit beheizbarem pool (im herbst nötig). besonderes highlight sind die 3 wohnungen und die aussenküche. wir waren 3 parteien mit 6 teenagern und jungen erwachsenen und hatten genug platz. die wohnungen sind gepflegt und bestechen mit der tollen aussicht. die küche gut eingerichtet. zu jeder wohnung gibt es einen schlüssel und jede wohnung hat ein anderes schloss. wünschenswert wären mehr schlüssel zu den wohnungen und einen toröffner mehr. es gibt einen fussweg für ins städtchen (auch da wären mehr schlüssel praktisch). bäckerei, kleiner supermarkt, markthallen, strand, hafen und cafés sind in kurzer gehdistanz. die jungen konnten so auch ohne erwachsene mal weg. das war toll. check-in, check-out und kontakt mit laurent oder vanessa waren unkopliziert und sehr sympatisch. wir haben diese woche sehr genossen und können dieses tolle haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Le premier plaisir est d'être gentiment reçu par Vanessa ! La maison correspond à la description donnée et il ne manque rien : vues et emplacement !! Quelques points de détail : - Remplacer les deux bancs peu pratiques (et trop bas) devant la cuisine d'été et améliorer l'éclairage. - Entretenir les trop nombreux palmiers .... - Avoir moins de succès pour pouvoir louer ....... Vivement qu'on y retourne .

Goed maar kan beter

Wij hebben dit huis voor de derde keer gehuurd. Dat zegt al wat! Maar het huis heeft wel hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig. Schuifdeuren functioneren niet allemaal naar behoren en de keukenapparatuur kan ook beter. Pluspunt: we hebben van te voren gevraagd om een ruimere tafel (14 personen) en die was er.

Tres bon séjour dans cette maison tres bien située et très pratique . Nous avons particulièrement appréciée la cuisine d été pour se retrouver pour les repas et les différents niveaux pour l espace nuit . La vue est très belle en particulier celle du 2 eme etage .La maison est très bien équipée . Nous recommandons cette maison mais demander la piscine chauffée car l eau peut être fraîche même à Sainte Maxime

Maison très spacieuse et idéalement située

Maison très confortable et fonctionnelle avec 3 appartements (un à chaque étage) complètement équipés, belle piscine bien entretenue, cuisine extérieure ouverte sur une belle terrasse abritée. Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied du centre du village et en hauteur, permettant une vue panoramique sur le Golfe de St-Tropez. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité de notre contact durant tout le séjour (merci Vanessa !). Quelques points négatifs cependant : propreté du lieu laissant à désirer à notre arrivée, machine à glaçons ne fonctionnant pas, Wi-Fi tombé en panne après 2 jours et resté en panne durant tout le séjour, ventilateur ne fonctionnant pas dans la cuisine extérieure, climatisation inutilisable car dégageant de mauvaises odeurs dans l'une des chambres. Ces points mériteraient d'être améliorés pour les futurs vacanciers. Pour le reste, séjour vraiment très agréable dans une maison très bien conçue et très fonctionnelle pour un nombre élevé d'occupants (nous étions 4 adultes et 6 adolescents).

Superbe !

Nous avons réservé cette magnifique maison la semaine du jour de l’An avec nos enfants et des amis. La vue est époustouflante , et possède un très grand confort du fait des trois niveaux indépendants. Cette demeure est très bien située, proche des commerces, mais au calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Vanessa , très à l’écoute. En bref, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, (malgré un temps capricieux) et c’est sûr, nous y retournerons !

Excellent séjour en famille

Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié son séjour, en dépit du mauvais temps. La maison est très bien équipée , et le découpage en 3 appartements nous a finalement été favorable, chacun de nos 3 enfants ayant eu son étage avec son conjoint et ses propres enfants. Il y a donc de bonnes chances que nous vous sollicitions pour un nouveau séjour la saison prochaine. Nous avons également été contents de Vanessa.

Vous voulez un endroit de rêve à proximité de tout avec un confort exceptionnel ou vous, votre famille et vos amis conserverez de magnifiques souvenirs, ne cherchez plus, vous y êtes. Beaucoup d’espace pour tous et chacun et un lieu de rassemblement pour tous à proximité de la pool house ou vous trouverez tout pour des repas festifs. Chambres propres et spacieuses, 4 cuisines, 3 salons, un immense stationnement, une magnifique piscine, tout y est ! Finalement, vous êtes à distance de marche de 3 minutes du marché, 5 minutes des restos et boutiques et 8 minutes de la plage. Merci à Laurent et Vanessa pour les 3 magnifiques semaines ou nous y avons séjourné.

Tolles Haus in einer tollen Lage

Das Haus besitzt 3 separate Wohnungen. Jede einzelne ist komplett ausgestattet und ein Traum. Die Aussenküche ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet. Über einen kleinen Weg kommt man in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum. Die tollen kleinen Geschäfte sind idyllisch.

We travel with a group of 10 people frequently and this goes down as one of our best houses ever. Laurent was attentive to our every need. The house is in an excellent location with an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants, and the ferry to St. Tropez. We can't wait to stay here again. Vacances en famille merveilleuses

Charme et bonheur. Maison placée en centre ville qui permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture. Aménagement extérieur rationnel pour vivre au grand air quand il fait beau Piscine chauffée qui permet de se baigner quand la mer est encore à 15° Seul inconvénient : pour une famille de 12 séjour un peu petit pour réunir tout le monde quand on doit rester à l’interieur. (Repas et détente)

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus sehr geeignet um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Auch durch seine Grösse und Aufteilung kann man sich sehr gut aus dem Weg gehen, sofern man das wünscht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt an nichts fehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in fünf Minuten zu Fuss im Stadtzentrum wo man alles findet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Leider ist nicht alles Gold was glänzt und dafür fehlt der fünfte Stern. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war im Grossen und Ganzen sehr gut. Wenn man aber die Küchenschränke öffnete fand man das genaue Gegenteil vor. Sowohl Bestecke als auch Geschirr (Teller, Gläser etc.) waren einfach nur schmutzig und mussten daher erstmal gesäubert werden. Schade! Auch bräuchte das Haus an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas mehr Pflege sowohl im Haus als auch im Aussenbereich. Trotz dieser Kritiken ein Haus das ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Its location is ideal = Allows you to do your shopping without having to take your car! It's a great advantage in summer to avoid the traffic and parking costs each time you want to do something around.
