Cottonwood Cottage. Make yourself at home in one of the original Gunnison Ranch homes. Conveniently located three miles north of town and on the walking trail!!!! Gunnison offers everything an outdoors person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within 10 minutes of enjoying. After a long day of play come in and relax at our newly renovated home. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed. We welcome Western State family and alum, GO MOUNTAINEERS!!

Excellent Location and Comfortable House
This house is in a great location near Gunnison. The home offers a comfortable stay for six guests. The full kitchen can be used easily, especially with a grocery store nearby. The bathroom was nicely updated. The wifi was pretty dependable throughout our stay.
