Amenities include a steam shower, brand new beds, furniture and a full kitchen for cooking or baking, comfortable living room with lots of games, and a full size washer dryer if needed. This a great place to relax. The Gunnison River is right out the back door. The owners were very responsive when I had a question about the property.

Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! Thank you so much and hope to stay here again next time we're in town!
