About this property

This 3 bedroom fully renovated Charming Historic home is beautifully decorated and furnished with all new beds, luxurious sheets, and towels. The main bathroom was completed in 2020. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your cooking and baking needs. The stainless steel appliances are brand new as are the washer and dryer. Grill out on the lovely patio and enjoy the private fenced in yard. Groceries are within walking distance as is a large park with trail system. You may park in the garage that has an opener or the in the driveway. The property is located in the middle of the Mayo Clinic campus so you are a short distance to safely walk to any of the buildings.

Beautiful home!

Nice home, close to MAYO. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. The backyard is fenced, but many bunnies live in the brush pile in the back. The bathrooms are beautiful, but one is located upstairs and the other in the basement. All bedrooms are upstairs.

A Happy Mayo Thanksgiving

Had a wonderful stay here while my wife gets treatment for cancer at Mayo. Had plenty of room for us and our three young daughters. Comfortable beds, great living room furniture, functional kitchen with everything we needed to have a full Thanksgiving. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Everything was perfect!

Charming is a perfect word for this property! We stayed there for a 10-day cancer treatment program at the Mayo Clinic. It felt like home, but it was just a 3-minute walk to the clinic. Everything you need, plus nice and cozy. The owners were very responsive.
