Imagine waking up to the fresh powder on Assay Hill, taking a few runs in the morning and then skiing back for lunch.  Maybe after lunch and a few drinks you might want to walk over to the Snowmass Village just a short stroll away?  Hit the slopes again, or walk to summer concerts from your vacation rental condo. Being in the heart of Snowmass Village, you have easy access to everything it has to offer.

The above-listed photographs are examples of some of our 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom properties, but we have many others available. Each of our accommodations is individually owned and decorated. If you inquire with us, we will confirm you booked at a ski-in, ski-out condominium with a large master bedroom, 3 guest suites, and a full guest bathrooms. We will provide you with pictures of your specific unit so that you can choose whether or not you would like to reserve with us.

There's no reason to leave the building if you enjoy working out or taking a dip. The heated swimming pool, hot tub, ski storage and complimentary parking are all on site. Amenities include gourmet kitchens, washer and dryers, fireplaces, whirlpool baths or steam showers, and free WIFI. Keep in mind that each condo is designed according to its owner.

In the evening, make the 15-minute RFTA shuttle ride to downtown Aspen for restaurants, live music, shopping or just walking around this historical chic town. For a memorable day trip treat yourself to a few hours at Glenwood Hot Springs which is only 45 minutes north of Aspen.

You will have direct access to Assay Hill, or have the ability to hop on Village Shuttle to Snowmass Village where shops and restaurants are open throughout the day and night.
