Kick back, relax, and enjoy all that Parker, Colorado offers for families and larger groups in this stunning 2-story home in a quiet cul-de-sac with breathtaking mountain views. The home backs to open space, walking trails, and a playground for kids!
The main floor features a half bath, spacious kitchen, living room, dining area for 12, family room, and an office with a daybed for 2 (no door). Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom (king) with a 5-piece bath, a loft, washer/dryer, and three bedrooms (two bedrooms have queens, one bedroom has two bunk beds ). Each of the two bunk beds has a twin bed over a full bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, and the other has a full attached bathroom
The basement includes a master suite (queen), a living area with a sofa bed, an office, two full bathrooms, and a beautiful bar area. The house is pet-friendly! Please note, there is no hot tub or spa available.

The outdoor security setup includes five cameras: three (ring bell door and two cameras) facing the exterior road, one facing the driveway, and another on the side of the house facing the walking path. The cameras are installed just below the roof. They are active when there is movement.

This is a very well stocked house and has lots of supplies and kitchenware to accommodate a large group. The house was very spacious and the description of the house and rooms were spot on. The kids loved the loft area to watch tv, video games, and to hang out in. The kitchen and huge living room is ideal to have family time in or accommodate large groups and families. Back yard wasn’t much, but we really didn’t need to utilize that space. We did use the grill which was nice to have available to us. Great neighborhood to walk in and a playground was that far from the house. Would stay here again!!!

This was an amazing home. We have stayed in a lot of VBRO's for vacation and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed. The spaces are super well laid out to accommodate a large family gathering. The home is deceptively large and the pictures do not do it justice. We would love to stay again in the future as it was a wonderful place for a family reunion. The Host was super helpful, communicative, and responsive to any questions. I cannot say enough about this home - and the host. There is a reason it got a 10/10. I would concur. (except give it a 12/10!!).

Very nice accommodations for six of us. Each of us had our own bedroom and there were enough bathrooms for six women. The house supplies were plentiful and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and spices.
