Villa "Le Verger" 4min walk from the beach, splendid sea view, heated swimming pool

Modern and very bright villa with an extraordinary view of the sea and the Island of Portichol. The house has direct access to the pebble beach "La Barraca" located 300m (5 min walk and partly by private access) and its fantastic restaurant "Calla Clémence", an idyllic place with extraordinary decoration, where you enjoy excellent dishes for a very small price ;-).
The bay of Portichol (in front of the house) is a paradise for divers because there are a lot of fish. Extraordinary!!!!!
You will have the opportunity to join the groups and diving courses that go there every day to admire the wonder of these seabed.
The house is located in the beautiful area of Portichol (Mar Azul), in the beautiful bay of Portichol a few kilometers from the center of Javea, with its restaurants, bars, sandy beach and its many shops.
The villa has a living room with an open fire, TV (Fr, Uk, Ger) and sliding doors leading to the terrace and the swimming pool which is heated during certain months of the year. Its many large bay windows allow you to lose nothing of the fantastic sea view and offer a very pleasant circulation in the house. On the same level there are two double bedrooms with wardrobe closets and two bathrooms. Next to the pool is the barbecue terrace and the outdoor shower. On the upper level is the Master bedroom with large terrace overlooking the sea and the beach.
The 3 terraces, the kitchen, a bathroom, the living room, the dining room and the Master bedroom have a sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge and separate freezer. There is dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and plenty of storage. There is central heating throughout the house.
In the second bathroom is the washing machine and the dryer. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning / heating and fitted wardrobes.
The Master bedroom has 2 separate beds and magnificent sea view. The other 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed each with two separate mattresses and garden or pool view.
The Master bedroom allows you to wake up admiring and hearing the sea.
Outdoor equipment: 8x4m swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with always a shade corner if necessary, parasol and 6 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, barbecue.
Carport for 1 car.
Everything has been thought of in order to feel at home.

Absolutely beautiful

We had a lovely week here the villa is really beautiful in a beautiful location.We felt very comfortable straight away and the decor and furniture views etc definitely helped!!We loved the main bedroom with huge terrace and comfortable bed. The view is so lovely and we watched sunsets and sunrises from there The aircon is in all the 3 bedrooms and was very good and was needed as we were there during the heatwave! Loved the huge ceiling fan in the lounge area too The pool area is so pretty and the pool was perfect We visited Javea and Moraira which are both beautiful

Pool Villa with sea view

Unique location in beautiful surroundings. Many beautiful bays nearby, next one only ten minutes by foot. Javea with a lot of beach clubs. Javea historic centre with nice restaurants and a market hall. We like all this and with nice weather in every of three stays at this place it is really fantastic.

Beautiful Seavoew Villa

We stayed in the villa for 1 week and it was fabulous. We enjoyed the pool immensely The location was perfect , easy to go into Javea with a car. The views were spectacular. The house was perfectly equipped, it had everything we needed and more. We will be coming back to stay as soon as we can from Canada 🇨🇦

Quality villa at top location, great sea view and easy (walking) access to beach

The house has a private parking space, three good double bedrooms with airco, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We loved the atmosphere of the house and garden as it is very nicely decorated. The pool and terrace area is great, with a spectacular view on the Portixol bay, the isle and the sea. We enjoyed the cosy terrace very much. The garden is not very large but spacious enough and very cosy. The pictures in the add give a very good and realistic impression of the atmosphere. On the terrace, the large dining table, fireplace/ lounge sofa corner, and comfortable sunbeds provide for a life outside and a very relaxing holiday. In the evening the garden is enlightened very tastefully. We also lover the view from the master bed room upstairs. A big plus is the location, as the beach and the lovely restaurant Cala Clemence are within walking distance and Javea village is also close by, max 10 minutes by car. Also the responsiveness of the host and flexibility and speed in solving some small issues was very much appreciated. We can recommend this house to everyone looking for a good quality house with above average styling and location. Great value for money! We already booked for next year again…

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa and location, the views were spectacular. The villa is well equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, everything you need. Gas barbecue, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher (which leaked but landlord is replacing). Had a few issues, we felt it could have been more deeply cleaned before we arrived- we noticed some dust and a few cobwebs (sorry). Additionally our third bedroom had not been made up but once I contacted the housekeeper she resolved this. The pillows were very low quality / old. The two bathrooms are very small, more like wet rooms. The pool says it’s heated, but if it is heated, it is set very low as it was still extremely cold. Tv is only French & German channels, but luckily we bought our fire stick. Overall, we were happy and enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is particularly impressive, with lots of areas to sit with food/ drink. The upstairs terrace is stunning with comfortable seating.

Lovely villa with gorgeous views and outdoor patios

The villa itself was very artfully and tastefully decorated. The AC in the bedrooms were very effective and absolutely necessary in August. Th main patio is beautiful and includes a very welcoming pool. The outdoor patio includes several chaise lounges, a large dining table and also an outdoor grill, however, we could not figure out how to use it. Bedrooms are a good size. Bed are essentially 2 singles pushed together to form a larger bed. Works well for "singles"...not ideal for a couple, but this set up is commonplace in Europe. The main bedroom with its own patio is accessed by a narrow winding staircase. Each bed included one small pillow per person...a few extra pillows and covered duvet would have been nice, rather than just a single top sheet. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill. It is a pebble beach so having a chair or padded mat is needed unless you rent one of the lounge chairs with umbrella. Given the heat, an umbrella is also necessary. We had to purchase these items from a local store in order to enjoy this beach and others in the vicinity. Would be nice if items such as these were made available for rental guests to borrow. We even bought a styrofoam cooler - all of which we left behind at the villa. Maybe future guests can use these! Walk back up the hill is a hot sweaty on in August, so be prepared for that. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa and also very much enjoyed this area of Spain.

Gepflegtes Haus an toller Lage

Aufenthalt zweite Oktoberwoche 2 Erwachsene / 3 Kinder Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und fühlten uns im Haus sehr wohl. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut unterhalten und wurde mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage vom Haus ist wunderschön. Super Aussicht und zum Meer kann man zu Fuss gehen. Auch haben wir diverse Ausflüge gemacht in der näheren Umgebung. Die morgendliche Joggingrunde den Klippen über dem Meer entlang war einfach super. Rundum zufrieden kann ich nur weiter empfelen

De villa is op zich prima, echter zowel het interieur (keuken is aftands en valt uitelkaar), vaat/glaswerk is beschadigd (voor weinig koop je bij de lokale Chinese winkel nieuw vaat en glaswerk). Beddengoed is smoezelig en badkamer verdient een upgrade. Zwembadhandoeken ontbreken en er zijn ook geen kussens op de zonnebedjes. als het exterieurverdient een upgrade.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und befindet sich in traumhafter Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Häuser in der Nachbarschaft sind sehr chic und nobel. Der Eigentümer und seine Mitarbeiter sind super nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, das wir bald wieder kommen möchten! Danke für alles!

Tolle Lage mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer

Meine Familie und ich (5 Personen) haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit Pool und wunderbarem Blick auf Bucht und Meer sehr genossen. Alles war so, wie wir es uns anhand der Photos und Beschreibungen vorgestellt und erhofft hatten. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Bénédicte war problemlos und angenehm, der Empfang vor Ort durch Sylvia herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful property with great views

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Views were fantastic and pool was great. Communication with owner was easy and helpful. Beach is a 10 min walk downhill and restaurants can be accessed but we preferred to head into el arenal and denia for food. Hiring a car is essential if you want to get provisions and see other places but parking is easy and has a shaded carport so the vehicle is kept cool. Would recommend this property as it had everything I needed, was clean, comfortable and enjoyed a relaxing stay for the week.

Stylish, heavenly week

Wonderful week. The property is obviously decorated and cared for with love. The views were beautiful, the 3 terraces great and the pool was a good size. The walk up and down the hill to the beach was hot in the heat, but that’s a small price to pay for such a beautiful location. All in all a fabulous week.

Huis was heel vochtig, kastjes ruiken enorm en Kleding in koffers gehouden ivm de vocht. Douches zijn klein en slecht. Zwembad was niet in orde., zwemkleding konden we weggooien Electra valt met regen uit.. lokatie is mooi.

Meerblick garantiert

Die spektakuläre Hanglage dieser Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch die Aufteilung für maximal 6 Personen war ausreichend. Die Bäder sind klein und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen, aber wir haben die verrostete Klobürste einfach durch eine neue aus Plastik ersetzt. Für die Begrüßung hätten wir uns zumindest eine Flasche Wasser gewünscht. Die Inneneinrichtung und Dekoration ist sehr ansprechend und modern und die großen und vielen Esstische drinnen und draußen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Surfschule in Javea empfehlen und das Restaurant El Campo auf dem Weg nach Benitachell. Wir können das Haus empfehlen!

Herrliches kleines Haus

Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, jedoch absolut ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Lage ist schlechtweg traumhaft und ruhig gelegen (abgesehen von den Bauarbeiten, die gerade irgendwie überall in Javea stattfinden) und das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass man hier auch gut und gerne kocht. Die Bäder könnten aber eine Renovierung vertragen, was aber nicht sonderlich störend war. Ebenso war der Grill stark verschmutzt, so dass wir erstmal schrubben mussten, bevor wir ihn benutzen konnten. In Summe aber verbrachten wir hier eine tolle Zeit. Wir würden wieder dorthin gehen.

Bonita casa y bonito lugar

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche bei bestem Wetter und toller Aussicht. Unseren Urlaub haben wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in dem fabelhaften Haus verbracht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation und ach die Übergabe des Objektes durch den Vermieter war sehr gut!

A week in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was beautiful and the location was excellent with stunning views and a quick walk to the portitixol beach which also has the excellent Cala clemence restaurant next to it. We found this really good for snorkelling. The pool area at the villa was also very good, it was hard to decide to stay at the pool or go to the beach! We hope to be back very soon!
