Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to make meals. You can sit on the covered deck furnished with a table and chairs, and a gas grill. Laundry room furnished with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Wifi and cable, cell phones work well here. Just pack some clothing and call this your home during your stay. The best views of Hill City!

Fantastic location and rental!

We had a wonderful time! The location is great, and it was already stocked with what we needed. We were on motorcycles so we were limited on what we packed. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Hill City Stay

Very Nice property and location. Set on side of mountain with nice deck overlooking hill city and 1880 train depot. Everything was spotless, including the clothes washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Veiw was grear but would have appreciated bottom floor access due to the fact we would walk down the hill to breakfast or supper and had to go al the way around the house to get back in, when basement access would had been convenient.

We were happy with our experience. It was a nice clean place and the location was good. It was well furnished. The process to reserve the house was challenging for us "un techy" people (we are in our 70s)

Wonderful Property!

My husband and I spent four nights at this great property. It was very spacious, super clean, and the location couldn’t be beat. It was just the two of us, but this place would be great for two couples or a family. We loved the deck which overlooked Hill City. Can’t recommend it enough.

This property was great! It looks just like the pictures. It’s very clean with comfy beds and many extras. Julie is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. The best part was the amazing views from the covered deck! It’s in a great location within a walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again!!

Awesome stay with great view of Hill City

We absolutely loved this property! The view on the deck of Hill City is awesome! The place is cozy, comfortable and very clean and has anything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. A big shout out to Julie who was a great host and if you need anything she gets back to you right away! We will definitely be coming back here to stay!

Absolutely beautiful. From the moment you walked in to the cozy home and amazing views of Hill City. Julie was the best help. Gave us great info if things to do, places to eat. But coming home each night was just the best, relaxing, cozy warm. Can’t wait for our next visit!!!
