Fully remodeled from top to bottom, the Classy Contemporary Casita is our newest addition to our vacation rental homes in the heart of Civano. The color palate is shades of grey with white accents, and bursts of blues.

Everything is Brand, Spankn' NEW. NEW kitchen that includes custom contemporary white cabinets, SS sink/garbage disposal, microwave, induction cook top, and quartz counter tops. NEW bathroom that includes two floor to ceiling glass-tiled walls with newly installed shower, commode, sink. NEW beverage center that includes a Kitchen-aide under the counter fridge and Coffee & Tea Bar. NEW stack-able washer/dryer located in the casita. NEW Queen -size Murphy Bed with all new pressed and starched, high-end linens.
The sitting areas has new Copenhagen Furniture and the coffee table has pop-up tables for dining and computer use.

Other amenities include a 43-inch SMART Screen TV and wireless high-speed internet.

You will enjoy a outdoor dining area, patio seating and a new barbecue on your paved 20-ft X 8 ft private patio.

The Casita has a GATED PRIVATE ENTRANCE that is separate from the main house.

Perfect Casita

A wonderful walkable, colorful neighborhood! A great spot to access many hiking trails in East Saguaro Nat’l Park, or biking on the Chuck Huckleberry Loop. The rental was so clean and nicely decorated, the manager Shelly so attuned to needs with small, but important touches.

Perfect casita and relaxing views

Shelly and Andy were wonderful hosts and I can’t say enough about the cleanliness and amenities for my week-long stay. The casita and patio are much more beautiful than the pictures show. It felt like a high end hotel or spa setting. I will definitely stay in one of their properties on my next visit to Tucson.

Clean home in lovely neighborhood with great patio

I enjoyed my stay in this small studio that was perfectly sized for one. It was extremely clean. They made clever use of the small space to make everything I needed available. It was nicely decorated. I especially enjoyed the patio with multiple chairs and tables surrounded by a trellis covered by blossoming trumpet vines (lots of bees that stayed on the vines and not on me, yay!) and constant quail and morning doves. The Civano neighborhood is attractive for walking.

Beautifully designed casita

Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Though small, as described, the casita had everything we needed to get through self-quarantine, including cooking all our own meals, before being able to visit family in Tucson.

We love the area. The Casita was a perfect base for hiking, biking and birding. Shelley and Andy are excellent hosts . Attention paid to all details. Tiny house living ! Would do it again.

What a wonderful experience to stay in Civano at Shelley and Andy's homes. Their homes are excellent and all necessary amenities are thoughtfully in the house plus a lot extra personal touch items. I thoroughly recommend them and their properties!

Beautiful Civano Casita!!

This is our second stay in one of Shelly's Civano properties! We enjoyed every minute of our visit in this immaculate, and beautifully decorated casita. The outdoor space is so peaceful and we enjoyed all the birds and butterflies that graced the yard. Shelly made sure we were welcomed with breakfast supplies, abundant bathroom items and plush towels and a well organized kitchenette. Shelly met us when we arrived and walked us through the property to make sure we were comfortable. Very easy to communicate with and right there if we needed anything. As we were spending most of our time with family in the area, it more than met our needs! We look forward to returning in the Spring and staying at any one of her beautiful homes! Thanks Shelley and Andy!

Andy and I have lived in Arizona for over 20 years. We raised two children in Phoenix and both kids have attended Arizona State University. We moved to Civano in 2010 to enjoy a quieter lifestyle. Andy is an Engineer for a local firm and I work remotely from home for a fresh Potato Grower & Shipper. We live in Civano and the neighborhood is our point of refuge each day where we take long walks with our dog, Sasha, enjoy the local wildlife and visit with the neighbors.
