Plum Lake Cabin in the Northwoods

Lakefront executive home available for your lodging pleasure nestled on the eastern shore of Plum Lake providing the most incredible sunsets, as well as swimming, fishing and boating. Watch the eagles soar. Listen to the haunting song of the loons while roasting marshmallows around the fire pit in the evening.

This 4500' home boasts a great room upstairs with a completely furnished kitchen, wet bar, living room with gas stove and walk out deck. The master bedroom on one end also walks out to the deck as does the bedroom on the other end. The lower level features a walk out to the lake, gas fireplace, complete bar, a pool table, foosball, darts and a ping pong table. There is also a washer & dryer. Complimentary WiFi is available.

Awesome weekend in the woods

We have rented many cabins in the north woods and this was one of the best! Great lake and a great property with all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun getaway spot.

NYE Snowmobile Trip

Great cabin with more than enough room for our group of 8. We stayed a week over New Years to snowmobile in the north woods. The snowmobile trail is accessible right on the lake, which is very convenient. The driveway has more than enough room to accommodate three trucks, two 30-foot trailers, and 8 snowmobiles. Overall great cabin for a large group, a well-equipped kitchen, and the basement amenities were used frequently throughout the trip. I will side with the other reviews and mention the poor quality of beds, not a huge issue but it's worth mentioning.

We 4 couples choose to spend our New Year Eve vacation there. It was a good choice. Place is clean, downstairs party room for adults or you can have a play room for kids. Upstairs is spacious with a large patio towards the lake. Easy acces to the lake with our snowmobiles. Rob, the property manager was quick responsive to all our questions regarding our stay. WiFi speed not great but acceptable enough to keep kids busy - WiFi speed doesn’t matter since you’re in vacation, right? Overall was a nice and good experience. Thank you! Mike - Chicago, IL

Beautiful Plum Lake Views & spacious home

This is our second time staying at Plum Lake Station and loved everything about it! Rob was awesome to work with and responded quickly to questions that we had. The large and very private yard was great for our kids and grandkids as it was perfect for lawn games and kicking balls around. We rented a pontoon boat from Paul's Rentals--easy to do and great to have the boat for the week. The sunsets were amazing - on our last sunset cruise we saw a beautiful pink, orange and purple (plum) sunset and a full rainbow across the lake -- and also saw deer along the shoreline and eagles and loons that we would hear every day and night. The layout of this home is highly functional, but what we really love is the spaciousness of the home. The only thing that we didn't love was the second bedroom mattress. It was very loud when you would just sit on it. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Plum Lake Station

Great overall experience. The beds need to be replaced and on the main level of the house the bedrooms are not air conditioned but except for a few nights it wasn’t needed for the week that we were there.

Plum Lake Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Plum Lake! Lake and dock was beautiful. Spacious house great for 3 families. The deck was nice for added space. Very pet friendly and Rob the manager was helpful and available. He stopped in twice to check on us. Internet worked well as we had two members working from home. AC in the bedrooms and bunk room would be So welcome. The AC for the main area did not filter into the bedroom wings. A few new mattresses and pillows would be a great addition.

Beautiful Accommodations

This place was perfect to accommodate our greater Family as we needed a little extra space. I really appreciated having nice docking for our Mastercraft ski boat and two Ranger fishing boats. We actually have a cabin on Plum Lake as well where we spend much of our time in the summer. Love the area and everything it offers!

Great open space

Wonderful place for our seven adult family and three dogs to spend Thanksgiving. Place is everything they say and more. Property Manager was excellent, plowed us out before we were up in the morning. Location is outstanding. View from the open plan first floor is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Great place for a couples snowmobile trip.

Eight of us (four couples) rented this property for a weekend snowmobile trip. The property is in a great location for snowmobiling with easy access to the trail (on the lake).The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Rob, the property manager was always available to answer any questions we might have. Rob also came early Sunday morning to plow us out as we had a big snowstorm Saturday night. We had a great time and would go back again.

We picked Christmas week for many reasons but our stay was amazing. The views from every angle was special. The accommodations were all great, lots of space and very clean. When it snowed they were there to plow and shovel when ever needed with out asking. Great play area in the lower lever and amazing Kitchen, Dinning and family area with the patio view. Our family totally enjoyed very much without any challenges.
