Connects to 2nd unit which is a studio with sleep sofa, murphy bed, kitchen, and bath. Can use as 1 unit that sleeps 8 or 2 units that sleep 4 each. You get both units for the 1 price. Deer Park amenities include swimming pond, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room, nature trail, skating pond (winter), playground, tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Condo is right off of I-93 with area amenities for all 4 seasons. There are mountain activities, Whales Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, restaurants and shops close by.
