Seascape: Luxury Waterfront Condo Overlooking Main Channel

Professionally decorated condo at Seascape -4th floor (with an elevator) has plenty of seating on the balcony so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the glider as you watch the boats go by, or have dinner on our balcony dining set.

The living room, master bedroom and the guest bedroom all have lake views. Enjoy music inside with our surround sound stereo system. Sit back and relax in our reclining leather sofa and love seat while watching a plasma screen TV. Fall asleep watching the TV in the master bedroom and wake up watching the boats pass by in the main channel. All 3 bedrooms have televisions. The dining table seats 8 in the kitchen.

Boating, golfing and shopping, there is something for everyone. Enjoy the smoke free/pet free atmosphere of our home away from home. We also have a rental boat slip.

We had a fabulous time at this condo. Perfect location, close to everything, great views from the huge balcony with lots of seating, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and easy in/out with an elevator. Highly recommended!!

The communications were great. Loved the location. The place felt like home, very comfortable, well maintained. The oversized balcony was great, that view! The pics don’t do it justice to me. Rent it, you’ll love it, but please treat this gem like your own.

For any one interested in renting this condo, you will NOT be disappointed! The condo is beautiful, and the view of the lake is spectacular.! The owners are very responsive, as well as pleasant to deal with. For those of you with a boat, the location is fantastic. The condo is also very convenient to most everything by land. Our hope is to return to the lake soon, and we will definitely plan to stay here again.

Clean, large condo with main channel views Great location!

We stayed 4 days in this condo and had a wonderful time. Owners were easy to reach while booking, and were very helpful with tips of overall area etc. Some of the best owners we've dealt with at the lake and we've stayed many places over the years! Great people to deal with!! Condo is as clean as pics show and beds are comfortable. Views are incredible and condo is quiet from neighboring condos. No early wakeups like most condos where you hear every single sound in surrounding rooms. Parking to condo is close and plentiful. Pool area sufficient and kids enjoyed it although we wish there were a hot tub on site. Boat slip is hidden from main channel chop so that made it nice also. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was as expected. Roger and Bonnie are great!! Checked in with us and made things easy. One suggestion would be that the one bedroom that faces the parking lot needs to have curtains. The blinds do not keep out the street and condo lights that shine all night. Would stay there again!

Beautiful view, right on the water

We really enjoyed the condo, one of the best places we have ever stayed at, great views, right on the water, spacious interior, huge porch to sit and watch the boats, sunrise and sunset. The owners are so friendly and responded quickly to my questions by email. My husband just wished he had brought his boat because there is a boat slip. We would love to come again. Seascape 2020

The website for VRBO was down on our drive there. The owners were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I would suggest the owners replace the outdoor ceiling fans. This would of helped keep the bugs away. Overall stay was great. Condo was very roomy, clean and the view was awesome. I would suggest you bring a small wagon to bring your stuff to the condo and your boat. The walk was long and hilly. I would definitely stay their again!!

We stayed in the condo for six nights with family. We normally live on our boat nearby but needed the extra space. It was very well decorated and was stocked as well as any condo I have rented. Very nice grill accommodated six adults and the washer and dryer in the unit more than met our expectations. Good location near the Grand Glaize bridge and State Park. Three bedrooms with at least a queen bed was very nice. The master bedroom was great and significantly larger than the other two rooms so this unit would be perfect for a family. Very large deck with a nice main channel view and perfect location for sunsets while enjoying your beverage of choice. The pool was very similar to other condo complexes we have stayed in.

Beautiful Condo and Wonderful Owners

This condo is absolutely spotless and like new inside. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and lovely decorating. The kitchen is very well equipped and having a washer and dryer in the unit was very nice. We had young children with us and they loved going to the pool and fishing off the dock. The deck is enormous with plenty of places to sit. The owners were wonderful to deal with and answered all of our questions. I truly can't say enough about our experience! We will definitely book with Roger and Bonnie again!

What a Great Place

My husband and I spent a long weekend here and couldn't have been happier. Everything about this condo screams luxury from the furnishings to the location. A beautiful view of the lake adds to the ambience. This place is spotless, well maintained and spectacular in our book. What a treat to find such an oasis at the lake. We will be back.
