Awesome apartment

Great apartment in the perfect location for us, midway between Juan les pins and Antibes old town. The apartment is really well appointed with everything you need for a great holiday. Stephanie and her family were great hosts and I would throughly recommend it for a great stay.

Perfect location and very friendly Host

We (a family with two teenagera) spent two weeks in this wonderful apartment. Nice design, good equipment and air condition (we used it during the nights). We had a great time and really enkoyed the short distance to beaches and vielle ville. See you again!

What a wonderful find!

Our family of 5 spent two weeks in this lovely apartment in August. I can’t say enough about how comfortable, clean and well equipped it was. The location is minutes to the beach and directly between the Juan Les Pins and Antibes downtowns and train stations. The apartment has a really inviting outdoor terrace surrounded by palm trees which we used for meals and family card games. Our hosts were helpful, responsive, and friendly. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgeststattet: Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Handtücher - alles vorhanden. Dazu eine tolle Terrasse. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und natürlich die Lage: der Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Umgebung: Cannes, Nizza, Monacco alles kurzfristig mit dem Auto oder Zug zu erreichen, in der Altstadt schöne Restaurants, tolle Aussicht. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Wollen nächstes Jahr nochmals hin.

Einfach traumhaft ! Die sehr gepflegte, moderne Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock einer wunderschönen, alten Villa mit eigenem großen Balkon (mit Markise!). Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und sehr leise. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt: absolut ruhig, in 5- 7 Minuten zu Fuß an zwei verschiedenen Stränden (Tipp: Plage de Salis, der rechteTeil) mit purem Sand, entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre (tolle Kioske für den kleinen Hunger) und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Antibes. Großes Plus: ein sicherer Autostellplatz in einer Résidence gleich daneben (eng, aber machbar). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam- in der Wohnung fehlt es wirklich an nichts! Wir liebten die kleinen provencalischen Aufmerksamkeiten und das geschmackvolle Dekor! Merci encore! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

séjour très agréable, location parfaite à tous niveaux, à recommander.

Nous étions très satisfaits de notre 1er séjour en 2021. C'est pourquoi nous avons souhaiter renouveler cette location cet été 2022. La location coche toutes les cases: emplacement idéal, logement propre très fonctionnel spacieux bien climatisé dans une magnifique villa, parking abrité précieux à Antibes, excellent contact avec les propriétaires. Schmuckstück in Antibes

Madame Bordes ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa von 1914 ist liebevoll restauriert und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts, super Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Leider waren die Strände von Antibes sehr voll.

Très bonne location avec beaucoup de charme et excellente localisation

Location à recommander sans réserve. L'emplacement est idéal, à 2 pas de la plus belle plage,à proximité des commerces, du centre ville et de la vieille ville. La location occupe le1er étage d'une magnifique villa,la terrasse est grande avec beaucoup de charme.On apprécie aussi une très belle vue sur de magnifiques plantations. L'aménagement est fonctionnel avec des pièces refaites à neuf,notamment une cuisine très pratique et bien équipée. La chambre enfants n'est pas très grande mais ce n'est pas une surprise,les photos de l'annonce sont claires.La chambre principale dispose d'un volumineux rangement et d'une literie très confortable. A noter une climatisation dans toutes les pièces, intégrée, discrète, efficace,ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres locations de prix similaire. Le garage en box fermé sécurisé ,au frais,et à 2 pas de la villa,est un plus très appréciable au vu des difficultés à se garer dans le quartier. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires, les attentions avec multiples produits de première nécessité disponibles de même que les produits régionaux en cadeau de bienvenue ce qui n'est pas le cas partout,et aussi la réactivité pour intervenir en cas de besoin. Nous venons à Antibes quasiment tous les ans depuis presque 10 ans,toujours dans le même quartier,et nous reviendrions très volontiers dans cette location .

Superbe résidence à Antibes à 2 pas de la mer

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Antibes dans une excellente résidence située à 2 pas de la plage. Nous avons adoré et nos 2 ados également. Beaucoup d’attention de la part des propriétaires qui ont fait énormément de choses pour rendre notre séjour très agréable, cadeaux de bienvenue aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. L’appartement est très propre, équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout, tout a été bien pensé. Merci à Stéphanie et à Christophe les propriétaires de cette jolie demeure. A conseiller vivement.

Les clés d'un séjour réussi à Antibes en famille

Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre disponibilité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement charmant, idéalement situé derrière le front de mer, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et dont l'équipement remarquable nous a permis de profiter en famille de chaque journée malgré une canicule bien installée.

Petit paradis

Entre la chapelle de la Garoupe, le vieil Antibes et la plage de la Salis, l'appartement est idéalement situé. Les commerces de 1ère nécessité sont vraiment à proximité (notamment boulangerie à deux pas de très bonne qualité) et l'accès à la plage est relativement sécurisé pour les enfants (faire attention toutefois au chemin de l'ermitage). L'appartement est parfaitement propre, super agréable (climatisation, literie : au top !), et ça fait plaisir de retrouver sur un lieu de vacances l'épure qu'on apprécie à la maison. les cigales sont dehors, en vrai, et pas en porcelaine sur les murs :) La cuisine est très bien dotée en équipements pour sortir des locations traditionnelles où le four vous permet tout juste de faire réchauffer une pizza. Les propriétaires, que vous aurez sûrement l'occasion de croiser, ont de très bonnes adresses (primeurs, marché, caviste, resto) qu'ils n'hésiteront pas à vous faire partager (merci à eux pour le petit resto, sur la place de l'église dans un village à l'intérieur des terres). Je vous recommande cette location : de l'espace, de la verdure, à côté de la mer, avec un verre de rosé ou autre. Le bonheur est là !

A perfect stay in Antibes

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was beautifully furnished, even with a thoughtful bottle of wine. The beach was a safe and easy stroll away, and we could walk to all the sights of the old town. Stephanie and her husband were very helpful, and could give us lots of tips for eating out, shops and take away food. I'll happily stay here again if I'm lucky enough to come back to Antibes.
