In addition, the house has two living rooms, the smaller one for the private use of the three rooms on the ground floor and the main living area with a cozy corner fireplace and dining room, plus a spacious kitchen. From any of the terraces you will enjoy spectacular views and relax in the evening listening to the wind against the pines. On the outside, it's all surrounded by lush trees and Mediterranean vegetation, where you can also enjoy a large terrace with barbecue and a refreshing swimming pool with sun beds and shower.
You will find air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, WiFi internet access and satellite TV. For the colder months of the year you can enjoy of central heating throughout the house.
Only at 2 minutes drive you will get to a small supermarket and a bar-restaurant where you can find anything you need. In addition, at 5 minutes drive is the best beach area of the island, Cala Bassa and its new Beach Club, Cala Comte, famous for its clear waters and dazzling sunsets, and Cala Tarida, a very nice and familiar beach with restaurants to enjoy the best Mediterranean food in front of the sea. On the other hand, if you just want to enjoy the nightlife or the bustle of Ibiza city, in 20 minutes you will get to the center of the main town of the island.
