Excellent property which was very well equipped.

Very good location. Clean and well equipped. Ease of access to Collioure town, Banyuls-sur-Mer etc. Would recommend.

Appartement très bien

Appartement bien équipé avec beaucoup de facilité pour le quotidien (produits d’entretien, gaz d’à avancé pour plancha…).Seul reproche manque de vaisselle compte tenu du nombre d’occupants potentiels.Le contact sur place est toujours disponible.Prévoir de se déplacer à pied pour aller au centre de Collioure car parking très compliqué (20 mn pour descendre ou remonter).Séjour positif et très reposant (la résidence est très calme)

Agréable appartement et très joli village

Le lieu est agréable, confortable, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous regrettons que le balcon n’était pas propre. Les vitres auraient également mérité d’être nettoyées. J’aurais également apprécié qu’il soit indiqué sur l’annonce que le ménage doit être fait lors du départ. La piscine est incroyable et les accès aux plages faciles, mais il faut aimer se délacer à pieds. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Collioure et ses environs, c’est magnifique.

Beau et calme

Nous sommes très satisfait de cette location. Bien situé, calme, bien entretenu. Le confort est là. L'équipement est complet. L'heure d'accueil et de départ se fait en fonction des disponibilités de la maison donc avec souplesse. Bref nous conseillons cette location.

une villa au calme dans un quartier sympa avec une vue dégagée.une résidence avec quelques plus comme pétanque et ping pong mais le problème de piscine reste entier. un bel endroit loin de la foule et en même temps à 10 minutes du centre historique de Collioure.

Résidence au calme proche des commerces.

Ma femme et moi avons passer de bonnes vacances avec mon bébé de 15mois, nous somme partis deux semaines cependant nous regrettons qu’il n’y avait pas de piscine pour restriction d’eau. Nous sommes un peu déçus de l’avoir su 1 semaine avant l’arrivé alors que le propriétaire le savais deux mois avant.. donc annulation impossible. En bref nous avons passer de bonnes vacances je recommande cette personne et cette résidence je pense y retourner, sauf s’il n’y a pas de piscine.

Très agréable petite maison de vacances, idéal pour 4 personnes. Très bien équipée, terrasse avec salon de jardin et plancha. Place de parking à côté du logement, centre de collioure à 10 mns à pieds. Mme Richard est très facilement joignable.

Bon séjour

La résidence est très bien située. On peut aller à pied au centre de la ville en moins de 15 minutes. La location est bien. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation même début septembre

Emplacement parfait. Appartement situé dans résidence calme à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville par un sentier uniquement piéton. Les photos ne reflètent pas la qualité des prestations, nous avons été agréablement surpris une fois sur place. Belle piscine, accessible du 1er juin au 30 septembre uniquement.

Un appartement bien situé, avec parking privatif, ce qui n'est pas négligeable sur Collioure et très calme voire désert en cette période de l'année. L'équipement est complet avec même un fond de cuisine de base. L'éclairage est insuffisant en général, avec appareil en panne dans la salle de bain. La literie est très médiocre...à revoir. Qu'entendez vous par "appartement climatisé" mentionné sur votre annonce ? Je reste toutefois sur une appréciation très positive compte tenu de la beauté de l'endroit et des alentours.

Très bien

Parfaitement placé à 10mn à pieds du centre de ville par un petit chemin sympa. L'appartement est très confortable et est pourvu de beaucoup de commodités. A noter que la piscine est fermée à partir du 30 septembre (donc p'tite déception des enfants qui voulaient s'y baigner le 30 octobre :-)).

Très bon séjour, bien placé, très bonnes prestations pour le logement. Un petit bémol pour le ménage, la poussière n'avait visiblement pas été faite depuis un petit moment.

Très bel appartement avec tous confort , pas loin du centre ville et très calme (séjour en Février). Seul bémol pour les enfants un lit en 140 à se partager (c'est la guerre) mais si on avait voulut on aurait pu utiliser le canapé lit du salon. belle prestation, je recommande!!!

super, bel appartement avec tout le confort dans une très belle résidence calme et propre, bien tenue par jean Paul et sa femme,cette année une terrasse a été rajoutée devant l 'entrée ce qui permet de profiter du soleil un plus longtemps, la propriétaire madame Richard est très sympathique et disponible, vraiment je recommande
