For Rent Lot# 343 Beautiful Remodeled double wide. Canal front with boat lift up to 28 ft . This is a 2 Bedrooms 2 full Bath with glass enclosure showers. Completely renovated with a large Kitchen (all dishes, pot & pans included) - Dining table. Living room (with sofa bed & love seat). 3-TVs, Internet, Washer & dryer in the unit, parking for 1 vehicle. (4 Passenger Golf Cart is Included), 1-Outdoor BBQ. & freezer, Max up to 5 people per rental, NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED. marina, recreation center, pool and library. MIN RENTAL 4 MONTHS in the winter & summer, $150 Cleaning fee, $3,700 a month. (Utilities are not included)
